Very nice and close to the beachPosted Sep 25, 2013
Pros: Close to beach, comfortable with aircon and foxtel.
Myself and my partner just came back from spending a very nice week there. Very close to the beach, short walk to broadbeach. Had a room on level 7 with beach views, beautiful. Unit was comfortable with everything we needed, foxtel was also included which was great! Would definitely retune and would recommend this to anyone. The pool area and spa are very nice and clean. No complaints, thanks for a lovely stay.

Great locationPosted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good location - just outside surfers paradise and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist-y areas. Quiet part of the beach just behind the resort

Good hotelPosted Jul 20, 2013
Pros: Bed was soft and the view was great
Cons: The drabby weather in July
Location: Really convenient. Theme park buses were 2 minutes away
The staff were really helpful with anything you needed as long as you asked them. The room was spacious and comfortable but the decor was kinda dated. The blinds on the toilet window got stuck but the management immediately rectified the problem. The bed was really soft and the best hotel pillows I've had in a while. Soft and bouncy. All your theme park tickets can be bought at the front desk. It's about 10 bucks to cab it to either broadbeach or surfers paradise. I seriously don't suggest walking back at night. It was kinda eerie with the roads not being lit well. The only thing that could have improved this stay would be the daily cleaning service but for an apartment hotel and the amazing price I got, this is quite the gem.

Change the star rating and the name of your hotelPosted Jun 30, 2013
This hotel is called " The surf Parade Resort" and I think it should be called " The surf Parade touristic appartments". because there we no services provided as close as to resort services. No one cleaned the room or changed the towels during our stay. I even had to pay for an extra tpoilket paper roll!! its definatly not a resort service. The rating is 4 stars and I would question that...... I have arrived after hours (as the reception dont open 24 hrs) and I was given the wrong keys to another room and when I opened the door I saw people in the room. Then called the manager and she came down and all she said is SORRY! the day after the manager called and said i have an electrision on wants to come and change the light switch in my room NOW. so that was a bit of a short notice......... in general the location is very good an dthe rooms are clean but the services is definatly not a 4-stars resort service. cheers

Great stayPosted Jun 9, 2013
Great clean and modern looking place to stay. Expedia booking stated we got free parking however upon arrival we were told this wasn't the case. However with a bit of discussion the concierge reluctantly gave it to us. This was the only issue, the rest of the stay was perfect.

We just had a six night stay and we were very happy with this accommodation. all one bedroom units with sofa bed in lounge area for extra person. The unit was extremely clean, very impressed. bed was King size in unit 86 and comfy. had to move units after first night as fridge not working. outdoor heated pool area with spa was very well maintained, again very clean and in great condition. would stay again.

Amazing stay, great location, self maintainPosted May 14, 2013
Great hotel, for anyone who is going to use public transport to get around Gold Coast. 15 second walk to the nearest bus stop, that takes you straight to Cavill Ave and Seaworld. Beach side has a great view of the ocean, and only 3 minute walk to a patrolled beach. If you wanna walk to Cavill, about 15-20 min. Lovely couple run this accomodation. It is self-maintain rooms. In room spa in small, and VERY noisy, but the spa next to the pool is fantastic and barely ever used. Gym has no weights and only cardio machines. Sauna in fantastic. Gold Coast shuttle will pick you up from the front door and take you to the theme parks if you are organised with with PLEASE NOTE: 5 days before you arrive, please call the hotel and ask for a beach view room. They will almost always upgrade you for free to a much better room
