“A great stay at Surf Parade”

A great resort, great location (quiet, short walk to Paradise attractions), gorgeous views from balcony (especially from corner apartments on higher floors), superb customer service (many thanks to Cathy), clean, comfortable rooms, strongly recommend

This was a getaway with my 11 year old daughter. Complex was lovely, quiet and clean and great location. Probably not a 'family' resort as did not see any other young families with children and pool really not a kids pool - ie. cannot dive as too shallow - but would still recommend

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights, had no concerns, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable. I will be staying again when we return to the gold coast.

“Fantastic”

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, Jan 2012. Was a fantastic stay, staff were really great. We arrived on a early flight and they got our room ready straight away for us, very helpful. Room was nice, beautiful ocean views. Had everything we were looking for in a non-serviced apartment. Location good, bus stop right outside. Would stay again.

“Great place, Great location, Great price”

The serviced apartments are very well maintained. the heated pool is always clean and warm and most importantly very quite. it is 2 minutes walk from beach, which is gorgeous. it is 15 minutes walk to Broad Beach and 40 minutes walk to Surfers Paradise (did a lot of walking as you can tell). We loved everything about it, especially the very kind nice and informative personnel. They were never short of good suggestions for the day or night activities and always knew how to get the best prices for those. Totally recommend this place.

“Quiet Place”

It was not really close enough to either surfers or broadbeach to walk- so we ended up taking the bus alot. We would have preferred to be closer to the action but if you're into quiet relaxing holiday this is a good place to go. It was only one block from the beach which was nice. Many of the rooms have permanent rentals and those 'locals' were very friendly.

good appartement, swimming pool, spa, washing machine ... the only bad thing is that the hotel is far from Surfers Paradise center (15-20min walk)

“Comfortable Apartment”

It was a very nice comfortable apartment with the faclities we required. The bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely view. I would recommend this apartment to any couple and would definately stay again. Thanks..
