Very close to town

Pros: As above
Cons: Cleanliness. Bedding and linen was fresh and clean but that was about it. Bathrooms were mouldy.
Location: Very close to town, beach, shops, Infinity.
Easy to find, walking distance to bus stops, beach and many shops, nice area.

Pros: Location is excellent
The location of these Apartments is excellent just 5 mins walk to Cavell Avenue. Great room with view over the river. Quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Close to everything and free parking a real benefit.
Location: Close enough to the hub of Surfers
Excellent apartment and very clean. Lily and staff very helpful. Would definitely go back there

Accessible to Beach and surrounding facilities

Pros: The locality and cleanliness of rooms.
Cons: Introducing some way of getting luggage to higher floors to avoid carrying.
Location: Great. Beach, Shopping Centre facilities and close to many activities.
Being aged and with heart problems. it was most concerning that we were on third floor at a venue that has no lift available. It was a real struggle to cart luggage up the stairs and access each day. Rates charges are fine but for us to use this venue again it will be necessary to use bottom floor.

Great location but not very clean

Pros: Skip hop jump to beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Free parking.
Cons: I would suggest clean up the apartment, it would certainly improve the overall condition and ambience.
Location: Cant fault the location at all....very close to Cavill Avenue, where most amenities can be found.
Block of apartments are located in a very central location, close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beach. But the cleanliness of the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. The kitchen floor had a sticky film on it. There were strands of hair on the edge of the bathroom basin. D├ęcor is a bit dated, but the price reflects that, so that is not a criticism.

Good location

We had a standard room which was a good layout and size but the room needed a good detail cleaning as there was mould in bathrooms, carpet was stained and lounge was full of crumbs and dirt marks overall it felt grubby and I didn't feel comfortable... Cleanliness is everything! Single beds were rock hard and quite uncomfortable as well. I don't think I would stay here again or at least not in a standard room!

Close to shopping & beach

Pros: Location
Cons: Facilities are a bit tired unit needed some repairs
Location: Located by the beach, Cavill Mall. Short drive to Theme parks
We had a pleasant stay however some things in the room were disappointing, several vertical blinds were missing, dryer worked but did not heat, hair dryer did not work and in the ensuite the toilet constantly dripped and the shower pressure was not good luckily there was a second shower. The apartment was clean there was onsite parking and it was quite close to facilities. Really did not see the staff to often Reception was close most times we went even though it was meant to be open

Had an excellent stay....was accomodated with room no 6 wgich has extra outside didining space...pool was cleaned and inspected every day...pleanty of outside space for my son to play...overall it was gud...will definitely come back and stay...

Good central location

Pros: It was very central so easy to walk everywhere without taking the car all the time
Cons: The whole place badly needs a refurb
Location: Close to the shops & beach but beware, there is a backpackers across the road and it can be noisy at times.
Apartment 13 would be a beautiful one if some issues were addressed. It could do with a paint as all areas had scuff marks along the wall and housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Runners of sliding wardrobe doors were very dirty and the showers need a good steam clean. The lounge suite had stains on the arms so if the entire apartment was given a deep, steam clean & paint job it would be perfect once again. An easy thing to rectify. The en suite shower door needs repairing as it fell off whilst in the shower. We reported it but it was still faulty when we left so we didn't use it! Perhaps the staffs grasp of English is the problem there!
