Good clean comfy hotel stayPosted Jul 21, 2014
Had a good experience at this hotel. Just stayed for the night but everything worked well, facilities were good, room was spacious and comfy, breakfast (included in price) was good.

Quiet, comfortable,excellent breakfast included.Posted Jul 15, 2014
The hotel in general is looking like it could use some repairs and paint, but if you look past this, the rooms are clean and comfortable . The breakfast that is included was very good. I had fresh fruit, sausage, scrambled eggs and an English muffin. The coffee was excellent. What more would you want?

overpricedPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: bed was comfortable and bedding was very nice.
Cons: most certainly the breakfast has a long way to go and the internet access definitely needs attention.
The room was comfortable and clean, bedding was nice, kitchen, not very nice. We felt that the room was very overpriced and the free buffet breakfast was quite simple not edible. I could not get on the internet with my Ipad so it appears the signal is rather weak.

Golden Days InnPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Room rates were competitive.
Cons: Rooms need to renovated.
Location: Golden is a conveniently located for accessing several Canadian National Parks.
Overall, lodging options in Golden are limited. I found the Golden Days Inn to be average due to the age of the hotel and overall comfort. Most Golden restaurants are located in other parts of the town.

Very Good Motel/Poor BuffetPosted Jul 4, 2014
The Staff, Jean the Executive HouseKeeper is a real jewel, a wonderful caring individual. Harold at the Main Counter was friendly and helpful. However, the so-called buffet breakfast was a bust. Scrambled eggs was the one and only hot item; this was very embarrassing. It was noticeable that the Motel Patrons felt the same way.

Nice hotel, Dismal TownPosted Jun 28, 2014
Pros: up to date
Cons: I was hoping the continental breakfast would include a waffle maker instead of toasting premade waffles.
The Days Inn was a very nice and clean facility. The only issue was the location. The town of Golden supposedly has excellent outdoor activities, but the town itself is a dump.
