“great stay!”

We had a very good night of sleep over here. They even have a swimming pool (we didn't have time to see it). The room was very spacious and clean. Service at the front desk was excellent. Very good motel. Would definately stay there again if ever in Golden again. Morning coffee was great. The bucket of Becel wasn't very appealing though...

“Highly recommended for summer travellers”

Perfect when heading to the Rockies and need a clean, safe and reasonably priced room. Nice location a little bit off the highway. Very simple breakfast but better than nothing. The motel room style is probably not the best when staying there in the winter. But for the summer travellers I highly recommend!

Good place to stay. Staffs are nice and water slide is fun for kids.

The room is just so-so. But the hotel has a huge interior hot-tub and swimming pool. That is very impressive.

“Clean and basic”

Nothing fancy about this place, but it's clean and has all the basics. The only thing I was disappointed in was the pool. It looks nice, but the water was very cold. Here in late September and it's cold outside, I was hoping to swim in the pool for some exercise in the morning, but it was just too cold to get in. The hot tub wasn't very hot either, warm, but not hot.

Felt It was good for the money and was clean. Pool area was nice. Everyone staying there was friendly.

“A good nights sleep”

We found the room to be clean and comfortable. There was little traffic noise. A nice restaurant is nearby. Continental breakfast is available. Mapquest gives the wrong address. The motel is just off Highway 16 at the light before starting up the steep hill toward Lake Louise.

“Close to mountain and highway...”

If convenience and price are key, then this place certainly works. But... Soft, sway back beds. Room door and frame cracked around deadbolt from someone trying to get in previously. Exterior walkways had full ashtrays and garbage bag next to many doors. Just never felt comfortable.

“Friendly but filthy.”

Happy with pool and waterslide but very disappointed with the complete disregard to any standard of cleanliness. Came back to hotel @ 5 pm and although "Make up room" card was on door, room had not been touched. Spoke with reception who really was surprised I'd want anything done. Asked for at least clean towels and that's all we got. Beds not made, sink and tub not cleaned and that room hasn't seen a vacuum in a long time(esp under the one bed)Was there for 3+ days and bed was made once.Bathroom was not done at all. Would stay again if they upped their standard. Staff very friendly.
