“Great choice in Ballarat.”

Excellent hotel.We had a suite that was huge,complete with full size table, mini-kitchen and two settees. Nearby restaurant was basic, food ordinary, drinks expensive, but the staff was good and the establishment was clean and family friendly. One strange sign was in the kitchen, with a threat of an additional AU$50 charge if we did not wash our cups. This wasn't mentioned anywhere else in the literature, so I'm not sure about the legality/enforce-ability of this.....we complied anyway, so I guess it works! Very quiet location, and close to the Lake and other restaurants etc.
