A great place to stay. The room was very clean, quiet and spacious . A short 4 min drive to the restaurants in the city centre and a 5 min walk to Lake Wendouree. We would definitely choose here to stay again, when in Ballarat

The room was spacious and comfortable. We were in Ballarat for a medical appointment so didn’t get to see very much. We will return one day for a true holiday.

We only booked for one night, a stopover on the way to Melbourne. The room was very large and comfortable, as was the bathroom. We ate at the pub that is part of the motel and the meal was very nice. The next morning we wandered down to the yacht club, which is just a few minutes away, for an excellent breakfast.

Could not get the air con to run for heating. We had only cold air unless we just turned it off completely to warm up. Pity as all was going well

Clean & spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Fairly standard motel. A noisy air conditioner on the property disturbed my sleep.

Very roomy, comfortable bed and little luxuries like a coffee pod machine. Beautiful shower with no problems with water pressure. No traffic noises too as it is off the main road and close to the lake.

Convenient Location and comfortable rooms
My husband and I like to stay here when in Ballarat as you are not far from the lake and can go for morning walks and there is a supermarket up the road.

Our room was on Mair St which was a busy therefore noisy road. We also had people standing outside our room smoking as you cant smoke within the motel grounds. We had this late at night and early morning and could also smell the smoke in our room. I wouldnt recommend this motel for a leisure visit, fine for business visits.

The accomodation isn’t only affordable but I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness. I was unable to make it prior to check in closing and the staff made alternative arrangements for me without a fuss. I will definitely stay again.
