Everything that the hotel said was free was mismanaged. Each time, the item (airport transfers, use of the pool, use of the sauna, etc) was first "unavailable" or we needed to pay. Then, after we asked for a manager or argued enough, it was given. Additionally, I had confirmed twice via email (and received a response from the hotel) when our flight arrived and that a shuttle would pick us up, but there was no one to meet us from the hotel at the airport. A helpful taxi took us to the hotel, and the hotel did pay in the end, but it is unacceptable that the multiple confirmations were given but then failed. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable - hard as a rock. The hotel was much farther from the major tourist sites, and for the price, there are many other options.
