“Nice hotel”

This is a brand new hotel. The free breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and being new it was very clean an pretty.

“A good night's rest”

A little pricey but very nice and comfy. Would suggest to others that you might want to bring your own toilet tissue. Lol. Theirs is thinner than paper thin!

“No Surprises”

The hotel was everything you would expect from Hampton Inn.Not the Ritz Carlton ,but don't pretend to be.

“Good experience during a quick get-away”

We were in town for a wedding and just needed a hotel for a quick overnight stay. We had anticipated that we would need two double beds, but plans changed and we only needed one bed. The registration staff made it very easy for us to change our room type and she even notified me that the king rooms only had a shower. She wanted to make sure that I was OK with having only a shower before changing rooms. Staff very helpful and pleaant. Breakfast was great and it was nice to have coffee available all day. Cookies were a nice treat, too.

nice hotel. It was very clean. would stay there again when visiting Gonzales. only complaint was very noisy guests on my floor.

We were pleased with our stay, there were small bloodstains on the wall at the head of the bed and an odor in the bathroom.

“Bedbugs No, MICE Yes”

Stay in hotels frequently but have never bothered with a review before. This was close to the worst night I have ever spent anywhere. Late in the evening, guy next door is yelling obscenities on the phone at least two different times and around midnight decides to have friends over. Refrigerator wakes me up every time compressor kicks on. But the best part is I keep hearing a rustling noise every time I doze off. I finally realize something is getting at the bag of M&Ms I left on night stand. Obviously not going to sleep so I waited with my phone's camera on and actually got several pics of the mouse eating my snack. Probably slept an hour all night. Didn't call front desk because I didn't want to have to get dressed and change rooms (where there is one mouse, there are many). Anyway, was telling front desk the next morning but her phone rang so our conversation ended. This was supposed to be best hotel in Gonzales which is why I chose it. If this is the best, pick another town. Will NEVER stay again.
