“pleasantly surprised”

This was a great little hotel - so clean I thought we might have been the first person to ever use the room til I noticed a scuff in the paint on the refrigerator. No pool, but this is a lovely hotel if you need a place to lay your head. Best value for the price that I have ever encountered in a hotel. Thank you Best Western. You won't find a value like that in Nashville or Bowling Green.

“Great hotel for the money”

The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent--lots to do in area and very near major interstate. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel.

“Great place!!!!!”

This hotel is undergoing renovations. The room I stayed in was great. Great location, lots of eating places, Kroger next door. Only 15-20 minutes from Opry!!!! I am working in Nashville and I just booked my room with them again!!!!

“Goodletsville, tn hotel”

My family and I were very happy with both the service and room conditions at this hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily and service providers were very friendly and helpful.

“I would go back to this hotel again - great room for the price and close to attrations and shopping”

The hot breakfast is not what I expected. The juice machine was broken and you had to make your own pancakes. The lobby was under construction. The bathroom had a vent but no heat came into the bathroom make the bathroom cold when taking a shower. The shower curtain was really cheap and short causing water to get on the floor. You may want to bring your own bathroom floor mat.
