Horrible rooms

Pros: The desk lady, Brittany.
We booked this outlying motel on line because all others close to down town were booked. We realized later it was because of 30,000 strong, runners in a marathon that weekend. After we checked in, we were very disappointed in the over all condition of the room. We complained to the lady at the desk (Brittany) and she switched us to another room. It was as bad as the first. We complained again to Brittany and she was very apologetic and gave us a window of time to find another motel in Nashville and not incur any cancellation charges. We searched for several hours to find a different motel, but to to no avail. We had to stay in this horrible room with deficiencies such as. 1 Black curly hairs left in bath tub 2 Towel rack missing from bathroom with holes left in the walls 3 Food stuck to carpet in room 4 Food splattered on walls next to trash can 5 Scum around bath room sink 6 Overall very dirty and disappointing The room was not worth $20 a night, much less the $124 that I had to pay.

In this hotel you get what you paid for. It is not luxury so you can't go expecting that. It is a budget hotel. Be warned, the WiFi only works in the reception area and breakfast is very basic. However, the staff are very helpful and pleasant and your overall experience will be a good one

Location: Good Location, why not make your facilities better?
Expedia rated a 3.5 on a 1-5 scale. Come on....you need to visit your facilities you are promoting. This would be about a 1.9. Over paid....Seemed to be a good rate for the location, but didn't get what I paid for.....Spiders crawling on my luggage....then the next day they were crawling up the wall. Comforter have burn holes on the underside, and their were more just obvious problems.

Facilities need help, but the staff was great

I was staying in the area just a few days, and stayed here because the location was convenient to where I needed to be and the price was within budget. The room amenities were fine (basic), floor and furniture were pretty badly stained, but linens were clean and bed was comfortable enough. I didn't care to use the pool, but it was not even close to usable if anybody was interested. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful when I interacted with them. The place was "good enough" for a solo work trip, but if I had to do it over I would probably have spent a few extra dollars for a nicer room.

Cons: everything. needs serious renovations and cleaning.
Location: convienent to 65, and fast food
I am going to start by saying that the hotel staff was great. They went above and beyond and were very nice and helpful. That being said, the hotel was an absolute mess. Our room was dirty, stains on floor. Towels had holes or were torn. Even when the door was locked you could see light coming in from the top and side. We were "upgraded" to a Jacuzzi room because of reservation issues. Turns out that was more of a downgrade. With the giant tub in the room, which was a nightmare with a toddler, the shower was tiny and dark. Was very disappointed after paying $120 for a room for one night. I think I would have felt better sleeping in our car. If it weren't for the polite, nice staff, we would have quickly asked for a refund.

The bathroom faucet dripped all the time. The corners in bathroom were deity and have mold.
