Cigarette smell in non-smoking room.Posted Mar 14, 2014
Dirty rooms. Smell bad. Crumbs behind and around night stand. Cigarette burns in bed and furniture. Typical cheap motel if you need a bed for $50.

Outdated and in the ghettoPosted Feb 3, 2014
The staff was excellent, that being said the room was outdated and had a drab appearance and my wife was afraid to go outside and feared leaving anything in the car out of fear of being robbed. Over dramatic maybe but you get what you pay for $65/ per night with tax I believe ill spring for a better hotel next time.

nice hotel close to shopping and restaurantsPosted Nov 30, 2013
Pros: close to Rivergate Mall and restaurants.
Cons: computer desks in all rooms.
Location: extremely close to Rivergate Mall and fairly close to Opry Mills Mall.
the only problem with the room was there was no desk for a computer unlike our previous room there. Hotel staff was very helpful. Good night's sleep.

Poor customer service. Booked 2 rooms as family was traveling together. Rooms in separate buildings one upstairs and on downstairs. As far apart as possible. I would not recommend this hotel yo anyone. Very very poor.

Nothing like the picturesPosted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
My usual hotel was booked, so I had to make a last minute change of plans and stay at this hotel. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again, I'll sleep in my car before I do it again. The carpet was ripped and torn at the door, chairs in the room were stained. The paint was peeling, and the worst part was finding someone else's clothes in the corner of the supposed "clean" room.

Just barely worth the price.
