Awesome Trip

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: The pool the most for the kids, and then the breakfast. Little touches go a long way and they do it.
Location: Nice location, minutes from everything, restaurant's, Dutch Wonderland, and sight & sound. Tons of outlet shopping up and down the main road.
6 days we stayed and it was great. The breakfast was way better than most with quiet a variety. They had a lot of little things that stand out and they should be proud of their customer service. Pools for any weather conditions with 1 outside, 1 inside and a hot tub inside also. They have coffee service available 24x7, they put water & lemonade out in the evening times. They have cookies out in the evening time also. They have a laundry basket in the room which was nice to haul your stuff down if you decide to do a load when you are there. There are reading lights attached to the head boards for all the bed spots. This helped with the kids going to bed and then we could read or work without having the main area lit up.

Good option for Amish country stay

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Spacious, good location and good amenities. The adjacent Revere Inn was a good dining experience.
Cons: The room was dusty and humid and consequently had a musty smell to it - not strong but clearly noticeable.
Location: Great location to visit Amish country and the shopping malls up the road towards Lancaster. Nice restaurant - Revere Inn - adjacent to the hotel.
We thought the hotel had a lot of good features, such as indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi and fitness room. The rooms were a decent size, and the free breakfast was reasonable. The location was good for visiting places outside Lancaster and it was cheaper and quieter than staying in the middle of Lancaster. The only negative for us was the room was pretty dusty - in the corners, on the curtains etc, and was overall quite humid, which left a bit of smell. It might not stop me staying there next time, but I will consider other options as a result.

Very nice spot for the price. Kids loved swimming in the pool and playing a game. The free breakfast was great! Lots of choices and even a waffle bar:)

Pleasant stay

Posted Jul 18, 2014
This hotel is about 8 minutes away from Dutch Wonderland. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels were provided. The room included a mini fridge which was great. Our room happened to have a large bathroom with a roll-in shower (instead of a bathtub) which was fine for us, but great for anyone who needs to accommodate a wheelchair. The hotel provides a free continental breakfast including cereal, waffles, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and fruit. The indoor and outdoor pools are nice, as well as the jacuzzi tub and fitness room. The gift and sundry shop is open 24 hrs. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful from the moment I stepped into the facility. Although the price was a little high for the surrounding area it was an enjoyable place to stay. The luxury of having a bar and restaurant right on property also makes this a convenient place to stay. The bar was great and so was the food... I not only would stay here again but am actually staying again later this week..

Cons: I did not like the Annex building. It was creepy
I should have been told the Annex building was on a second floor with no elevator. If I had brought my mother, this would have been a major issue. And I was not happy about it either.

Fair for the money.

Knew we were staying at the annex but was surprised at how isolate it was from the main area. We had the 2nd floor however there was no elevator. Breakfast was terrible. No fresh fruit or healthy options.
