"We have traveled extensively for work and holiday and this hotel is the most unique and special we’ve experienced. The staff was beyond caring and helpful. The staff arranged our private guide and our balloon adventure - both excellent. Their office is open 24 hours and very safe facility. There are ample private areas to view the magnificent area. Five stars all around. "

"Awesome staff, great location, very clean rooms and breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace overlooking Love Valley where hot air balloons would take off. Breakfast was excellent. There is no lunch or dinner in the hotel dining area but no worries they recommend the best like Dibek for classic pottery kebab which we enjoyed much. Abdullah and the lady were both nice. My wife was surprised with a cake, balloons and wine when we entered the room as in a few days it would be her birthday. How sweet the gesture was from the hotel! That was definitely so much plus points. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in Göreme. "

"The location and view from rooftop was amazing. The breakfast was really good and they kept and for our 5 night stay it was never boring. The room was as in picture and ameneties very modern. The staff were a bit cold and often had to be asked a few times for response. Its just we had got used to excellent Turkish hospitality elsewhere"

"Pretty intriguing living in a cave - I would recommend it for the experience for a few days but not for life :). Decently comfortable rooms, beds, good bathroom. Safe and quiet. A pretty short walk to the main area that has restaurants, shopping etc. Though keep in mind that the hotel is on a hill and so be prepared when walking back up. The breakfast was OK, lots of fresh food, juice options, coffee machine but i wish it had more cooked meat options than just a few cold cuts."

"I highly recommend this hotel. Best views of the balloons at sunrise. Excellent hospitality. Beautiful rooms. The ambience is breathtaking. The breakfast is wonderful to wake up to every day. The rooftop breakfast is staged for photos as well so everyone has an opportunity to take pics with the balloons at sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We booked Amber Caves after reading the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. We arrived late and were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. This was very spacious with a large separate bedroom for our son, comfortable with a warm, cosy feel to it. The sight we woke to the next morning can only be described as stunning, no photos could do it justice. All staff we friendly and on hand to help with anything you might need. The rooms were kept clean everyday and the breakfast lovely, with yet again an amazing view. The location of Amber Caves was perfect for our trip and I would highly recommend. Thank you everyone, you helped make our trip a special one. "
