Pros: They had a smoking room available.
Cons: Coffee in the rooms. They did have great coffee in the front lobby.
This was a great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Two thumbs UP!

OK for the money

Posted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: Location - Price
Cons: Towels general appearance.
The room was small and the furnishing were tired. A cover on the heater is the washroom was knocked off and laying askew. The towels were small and thin. Even though I said the price was right I think they could do better. We were on a fast trip to Maine for a Black Bears game and used this place as a mid point to break up the travel. Lots of great places to eat close by.

Great location for Geocaching on the Rail Trail

Posted Nov 19, 2013
Pros: The refrigerator and microwave was a big plus and the free internet was also great
Cons: The weather, it was cold and we had a couple inches of snow, but what can you do about that.
Location: For me it was geocaching, which there were plenty to do in the area.
Stayed for 2 nights and had a good nights sleep after geocaching.

Hotel was a good experience

Posted Oct 16, 2013
We had a room with 2 queen beds. It was comfortable and clean. The amenities were good--decent laundry (except only 1 dryer was working). There was no breakfast, but there is a good restaurant down the street.

Good place to stay, but nothing special

Posted Jul 11, 2013
Pros: location
My wife and I stayed at the Royalty Inn for just one night on our way to Maine. The hotel staff was nice and our room was OK. I notice that we had one of the older model rooms, the kind that you park your car right in front, unlock your door, and walk in. The room was fairly small, not overly modern, but is was comfortable and clean. I got free access to the health club, which I didn't use, but it looked much nicer than I expected. It's a good place to stay, with several restaurants and things that you can walk to.
