5/5 Excellent
"The hotel was a beautiful old building, that looked like it always a hotel. The room was the perfect size, no wasted space, bathroom was small but great looking and efficient.
It’s close the the train station and the shopping areas, with stores and restaurants just outside. Breakfast was great, really good choice in the buffet. The staff were really nice and helpful, rooms really clean.
The only things I thought they could improve is to have comcast on the TV. Most people staying there probably don’t speak Swedish, and would want to play YouTube, instead of Swedish sitcoms. Besides that the place was almost perfect."

"Extraordinary front desk service , the person had only been on the job two days but she went out of her way to accommodate our special requests ( we booked five rooms) ! "

"I really, really enjoyed my stay at Pigalle. At first I thought it was a themed hotel as the style and vibe is so distinct but the more I explored the hotel the more I felt I'd stepped back into 1800s Gothenburg. The design, the interiors and the details are so rich and inviting. The rooms are comfortable with high ceilings, neat little bathrooms with amazing water pressure. The breakfast is fantastic - such a great spread. I especially loved the yoghurt and berries! I sadly didn't get to try the ground floor cocktail bar but it's looked fab! The location is also perfect!! Just 4 mins walk to the coach that brings you straight into the heart of town and walkable to everything. Don't miss the chance to stay!"
"Beautiful boutique hotel, very friendly staff.
Only con was there was no room service but there was a basket of picnic items. Would definitely recommend!"

"We were a group of 4 adult couples in Gothenburg for the hockey Champinship. The hotel was super close to the arena. 10 minute walk. Everything about the hotel was beyond our expectations. The British style below the hotel was a big hit"
