“Would love to go back”

This was a great hotel that is brand new and we got to stay there about 3 weeks before they were supposed to actually open but they said the builders company finished early. However there PR guy forgot to announce they were opening early and so there were very few other guests. The hotel was very nice, brand new, nice size rooms, and a great breakfast was included and all at a good price. Would surely stay here if I ever visit again.

very impressed with this hotel would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Gothenburg, transport across the road, supermarket next door and hotel was immaculate, staff extremely friendly and helpful, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would certainly go back.

“Staying at the StayAt”

The staff at the StayAt is very friendly and helpful. Anna and other personal working at the reception kindly provided information about the use of the public transportation system, printouts of the tram's schedules, medication for headaches, etc. The hotel is very new and clean. There is a regular Swedish grocery store right next to the hotel, and a sport center is near by. The hotel is situated 3 tram stops from the amusement part, and even though StayAt is not located at the center it would take usually only about 15 minutes to get there with a tram. The only thing that I found a bit strange is that my room faced directly the offices which were located in the other wing of the building and one basically could see all the way through the second wing of the building to the third. Also for my liking the beds where too soft, and because of it uncomfortable. But it could be a perfect hotel for a family with kids: there is a little kitchen installed in every room and rooms are quite specious.

“Great Hotel, with lack of cleaning service though....”

Great Hotel and brand new as already been told, however the cleaning service did not show up (or partially showed up) the last 2 days which was not so good (same dirty towels and sheets, dirty floor, etc). The last day they only made our beds. Too bad for that kind of a hotel. The first night, i said what the heck, it's ok, the second day i went to the hotel late at night and was ready to check out in 5 hours or so in the early morning so it really didn't matter anymore to tell them or not. However the reception was very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of directions and places-to-go.

“Hotel Review”

Hotels poor location for dinning out, Internal restaurant is very poor choice of food, and also the service was not upto much. The breakfast served was usual for the country unfortunately hot was actually cold. Fantastic rooms, clean fresh, nice bathrooms. Shame about the dinning and food.
