“Great Service”

The Hotel Arena has a great staff, that has a 24hour reception they will help you with anything you may need at anytime. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful people. The two ladies that worked in the morning were awesome they greeted me with a very lovely smile, and a hello, they would also give me help when ever I need it. The breakfast was very good and the internet service was great. Overall this hotel was really nice, but what make it great is it awesome staff!!!

“Great location.”

Maria, front desk, told me how to get around the city and counted out the money for me to take the tram and how to get where I was going. Since I get lost everywhere it was nice having someone give me explicit directions in excellent english. Lovely women working there. Very clean rooms and very clean toilet.

The workers are friendly and help you with all the things you need.

Good hotel with nice large light rooms on 7-th floor.

“Nice place with friendly staff”

The staff was friendly and the room was quite big with a large sofa. The breakfast was a classic Scandinavian spread and very good. There was a lot of information at the front desk about the city. The hotel has (expensive) parking in the back and a decent wifi connection in the rooms.

“Not overly impressed”

This is not as central as stated, at least a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Hotel was alright, the radiator panel fell off in the bathroom with just a small nudge. Hotel staff was not overly welcoming, but this maybe due to the language barrier. Breakfast was pretty good, also had a good night sleep as the bed was pretty comfortable. I would say that this hotel is a small step above a hostel. Hotel staff did also book us a taxi to the airport for a discounted rate.
