Reception staff good. Breakfast good. The room was never cleaned, bathroom never cleaned. Had to ask for new rowels and toilet paper several times. No new sheets at all.

Breakfast good, reception staff good. But the room was never cleaned the whole time. Had to ask for toilet paper and new towels. Told them a few times to clean the room but nothing happened.

We had a great stay in a really good location with some great nearby restaurants. Particularly enjoyed our meal in Krog Axet across the road, so much we went back again the next night and ate again. Only slight complaint I'd have was the room was quite warm and I had turned the air con down, but I'm not sure it was working

Quality Hotel 11 gave I and my wife a very memorable stay in Gothenburg. From time of arrival, staff were warm and friendly and provided us with a convenient environment. Our room had a nice view of the waterfront and the Eriksberg Crane. I’ll recommend a stay at Quality Hotel 11 for anyone visiting. The breakfast buffet was great as well with many options to choose from.

This hotel is in a unique area, however the road to the ferry that gave you the shortest distance was closed, so the hotel was inconvenient for that need.

The area was very nice. If you are getting the suite don’t get the one on the 8th floor. Our family member had a suite on the 7th floor and it was much more spacious with a better balcony. Also our 8th floor suite did not have a phone to call room to room. But overall the stay was very good!

Fantastisk weekend ophold
Fantastisk personale der er meget service-minded og hjælpsomme med de få spørgsmål vi havde. Restaurant er en dejlig bistro med mad til voksne og børn. Også her går personalen et ekstra skridt for en deljig oplevelse! Morgenmaden er en stor buffet med at man kan ønske sig.

Trevligt . Rummen är fantastiska. Personalen i receptionen super trevliga och tillmötesgående. Restaurangen höll inte samma kvalite som vår förra vistelse. Frukost påsarna var under all kritik.
