“Comfortable and convenient”

Rooms were clean and efficiently laid out. The staff was very helpful, completely courteous, and made my stay easy. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a good selection of breads, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and cereals. I appreciated that 2 computer stations were available in the lobby with internet access. I didn't use the City Spa or eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, so I can't comment on them. The location is very convenient to public transportation and to several attractions. I recommend this as a budget friendly option for visiting Gothenburg on business or pleasure.

“The best customer service I have ever experianced”

The hotel itself was very well situated for the event I was attending at the Scandinavium. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were just fantastic. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but the blond gentleman with glasses and the red haired lady were particularly helpful and deserve praise for outstanding customer service. On the whole it was a fantastic stay. I would stay again and recommend it to friends.

“Ideal for conference at University of Gothenburg”

Just stayed there 2 days. About a 10-15 minute (straight-line) walk from the airport bus, with U of Gothenburg right in the middle. Room is tiny, but brand new and extremely quiet (I was right opposite the elevator and heard nothing). Free breakfast buffet is terrific, and I was able to sneak a sandwich for later, too. Only downside was that the wireless Internet did not work (although they do have a couple of guest computers near the lobby).

“A good hotel at a reasonable price”

Sweden is expensive, so for what you pay, the hotel was quite decent. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good (to North American public - excellent), wireless internet was included and was quite adequate. It used to be a student residence 20 years ago or so, so the single room I stayed at was rather small.

“Great for business travel”

The Panorama is well-placed for my regular business visits to Gothenburg/ Mölndal and the area to the south of the city. It is quiet, clean and the service from the staff is always excellent. Food is good, the beer is cold and there's a stable and quick wireless internet connection.

“Great hotel, great people”

As soon as I arrived there was a smile on the face of the person behind the reception desk, and it was quite late! Nothing was ever a bother, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, although it said not included on my booking, was actually a full hot and continental buffet which was part of my room price... pretty good hot brekky too! Single room was small but comfortable and had all the essentials including very reliable hot shower. The only thing is that it was a bit far from where the rest of my friends were staying near the old town and a fair way but not impossible to get to Centralstation. Definitely recommend it otherwise.

“Very clean, comfortable hotel in a good location”

this hotel was very clean and comfortable with an excellent bar. It is very close the Liseberg Theme Park which is an excellent day out. All in all i would recommend this hotel for a short weekend break - you can walk into the Avenue area which is the main shopping, bars and restaurant area.

“Great for the theme park”

The hotel is located two minutes walk from the Leisberg theme park which is the Scandanavian Alton Towers (but less expensive),this was very good. The hotal is dated outside but fresh and modern inside. The rooms are small but well decorated. Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff were varied in their manner with one member being very rude. However, the food was good!
