Very much a business hotel but well located and very comfortable. We paid for the spa which is reduced in cost for hotel guests - would definitely recommend. We didn’t get breakfast as it looked busy but the spread seemed ok. We ate out at the bakeries instead. Easy to get everywhere on foot or by scooter / bike.

Amazing hotel, great location, very convenient to everything. Gothenburg station is just opposite. Easy access to trams and everywhere On-site bar and restaurant is available. Also, many food options around Breakfast is superb

Whilst I was greeted with a smile and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, on this occasion, I completed the online checkin which also gave the expectation that the type of Bed could be selected. Sadly this led to disappointment as I requested a double and got two singles. In addition to this, my room did not have a TV remote. I reported it but the staff could not locate a spare remote however the staff was not able to use the TV at all for the duration of my stay.

This was the perfect hotel for my family and I to stay in while we explored Gothenburg on a mini break. There were toys in the atrium for kids. Good internet and working space for the bigger kids and adults. Super comfy beds. Thick walls and doors meant no noise disruption. Good breakfast. Lovely staff and cool decor.

Good enough hardware - tired software
Hotel alright enough, certainly in public areas. Corridors and less traveled areas shows its heritage from the 80’s. Staff really not attentive, instead very much focused on each other. A lot of tired, old and ‘satisfied’ members of staff, not overly interested in the guests. Blank faces and non-communicative staff is the memory I will take with me from this stay.

New, fresh, big and comfortable
We stayed one night and enjoyed it. The hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the train station and close to the city center. Inside, the hotel is fresh, airy, and new. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The service was very good. We were happy to be allowed an early check-in on a rainy day. We spend some time in the kids area playing ping-pong which was great. I would stay here again.

The corner suite room was very spacious and with a modern art vibe. Nice staff at the front desk and received our 200k for food and beverage for being a Hotels.com member. The bar area and where breakfast is served is not clean, carpets and chairs with lots of stains.

Good location, mixed service.
Checked in a didn’t get the room we paid for, booked a Queen bed and we allocated two singles. Had to sort it out with reception and we swapped rooms. We also paid for late checkout at 4pm and after breakfast we returned to our room to find our room keys had been deactivated. They sorted it but then, later, returning from shopping about 2pm they had deactivated to key cards again. Also - minor gripe 9:30am is a little early to stop serving breakfast during the week - not all visitors are on business!

This hotel is lovely.good bed and bedding and great towels. If you were to stay ask for a room that does not look over reception and the restaurants as nice as that is it was not very quite when we stayed. Very close to public transport so that’s a plus.

We paid for a family room. The sofa bed was not made and we got dropped off a sheet and they told us to make our own bed. When I asked for pillows for the sofa bed they said that they were short of pillows and that I would have to use some from the main bed.
