The third bed for child was a little uncomfortable, the hotel provided mattress topper to improve the comfort. It made it a little better, overall the stay was lovely, good location, and clean.

Wonderful!
Family of 4 with kids - 12 & 14yr. Kids loved the bunkbed in the family room, and family room was same price as a regular room! :-) Free Welcome drink for the kids was appreciated! Staff was friendly and breakfast was impressive, so much to choose between including healthy options. And beautiful view of Avenuen from the breakfast lounge! Nice decor and great rooftop. We will be staying here next summer as well for sure! Can’t beat the location either, right in the heart of everything at Avenuen. Thank you!

In need of some TLC
- Good location and friendly staff - Bathroom felt dated - Carpets in corridors in need of replacement/cleaning - Asked for the room to be cleaned every day but one day we only got new towels without the cleaning (beds not made etc.) - Safe not working (spent batteries?) Compliments to the friendly man at the breakfast buffet.

Excellent property in the center of Gothenburg. It is right on the Main Street with lots of restaurants just outside the hotel doorstep. The rooms are good size and comfortable.

NOT RECOMMNEDED Unfortunately, this is my worst stay, we didn't see any smile on any staff in this hotel from the receptionists to the hotel staff (NONE), literally they have no idea about being in the front line of a business. we have asked for room service to clean the room and surprisingly we got back to the hotel after 6 hours, and yet no did anything, until we went down and reminded them, of which they said they will "try" to do it in the next couple of hours, of course we asked for the duty manager and also there was no one available to handle the customer issues, of which we asked for immediate room service and they came just changing the bed sheets. VERY Disappointing

Very nice staying experience. Nice front desk customer service, especially the nice ladies for service of the breakfast. Convenient parking too. Nice food of the lunch and dinner bar. Walking distance to a lot of popular sightseeing spots.

Not bad, good location but comes with noise
Good stay. Lively bar with comfortable beds. The rooms are very compact and could do with somewhere to put your luggage. The side road off the avenue has Rock Barren and there was noise until 2am on two nights. Also on one night a group of noisy lads arrived back on my floor at 1:30 and had a loud drunken chat which interrupted my sleep. I think it was handball week so this may explain it.

Good gym.
Business trip. The gym is really good for a hotel gym. Only food I had was breakfast which was quite good. Not the most luxurious place in the world but I would defo return.

Very nicely designed hotel (best of the 3 total we stayed at through this trip), comfy quiet rooms on the heart of one of the main Avenues in town. Good dining and bar options (including rooftop). Also included a boxed breakfast when we checked out before the breakfast buffet opened, which was nice and I hadn't experienced before.

Flew back to Sweden from New York and was hoping for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately a very bad experience overall. I stayed 2 nights before I was supposed to stay the 3rd night through Hotels.com The room was extremely cold, likely 5 degrees Celsius warmer in the toilet, and they couldn’t do anything about this, not even providing extra blankets or similar. The room was not cleaned. Had clothes from a previous guest, including women underwear, in the room which took > 1 to remove. Hence, I didn’t even use this night. We checked out at 5pm but still needed to pay for the room as well as the garage. The bar & restaurant was closed due to Covid which was perfectly fine based on local recommendations but the above shouldn’t have happened and I never ask for a refund but this time I believe it would have been warranted.
