Front desk staff was EXTREMELY helpful and very nice! My suite was great, but the bathtub knob to change the temperature of the water was broken. Breakfast was very good.

I paid for parking for two days in advance. When I arrived the staff told me it is free so I paid 100kr for nothing. it is really dark outside without any lighting in hotel garden. I don't like to shower in the tub.

Great location outside the walls of Visby very close to the water and hospital. Ample parking. Stayed in a bungalow, very surprised at the high standard

The Hotel has a very nice spacious modern design, which also extends to the rooms. The property is well kept up and is located about a 10 Minute walk from the old town/City Wall of Visby. You can choose from two restaurants, on at the beach and on in the Hotel. If you are in luck, you might be able to rent a bike at the Hotel, but if they all are gone, there are cheaper and better bike rentals in town. The breakfast and food is very good in the Hotel and the Staff tries it's best. We had some young loud folks next room and the staff took care of it right away. There was really nothing to complain about.

Nice location and good service
The location is very good close to the ferry terminal, the town of Visby and the sea. It's a nice building with beautiful pool area with view over the sea. The staff were friendly and caring. One thing that could be better is the quality of the breakfast. The breakfast was more like a three star hotel.

Overall good stay if you don’t mind the price
Slightly expensive considering the hotel was built using seemingly cheap materials and many small things outdated or left broken and not repaired. Also cleaning the terraces and taking care of plants seemed to be a bit ignored. The pool was supposed to be warm but really wasn’t. Maybe because the nights were rather cold and the cover was broken (don’t know how long it had been like that). Overall though still quite clean and the staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Also really convenient with late checkout without extra fee. Breakfast buffet was super good, everything fresh and tasty. Despite the price I would come again, perfect location close to Visby and maybe next year there has been better maintenance and/or small renovations at Novi Resort?

Highly recommended hotel in Visby, Gotland.
The hotel is really nice. The apartment is very comfortable to stay. Big, spacious, clean and have the amenities for a good stay. The location is a walking distance to the ruins and to the port. The breakfast is good and the staffs are helpful.

Modern, pool, apartment style
This is a funky development which seems to centre around the availability of the property’s pool. Each room has a balcony - we found ours which faced a paddock full of campervans slightly strange. The air conditioning was on a wierd timer which switched itself off every 20 mins which made getting to sleep difficult on a warm, stuffy evening. The reception was also not available to take calls after 8pm when I tried to call to clarify if there was some trick to get the aircon to stay on - I already had the room key on the power trigger. Room would have benefitted from a minibar or kettle if they expect people to stay for awhile. Loved the parking - easy to find and no additional charge. Something unexpected was how good the restaurant was - had some authentic Italian Pasta dishes which were well executed. They get pretty swamped though so expect a bit of a wait for your food & drinks. Good stay if you want a place easy to get to, close to water and out of the main Visby paved city centre.

The location is great. The pool and breakfast buffet was excellent. The bungalow has no air conditioning at all. It was very hot during the day. Bathroom and balcony were nice. My complaint was check in. The staff was not friendly and did not tel is anything about the room or the hotel services. The were not rude but they were not welcoming at all.

Our relaxing holiday place also for the future.
The staffs are polite, kind and efficient at the check-in/out, breakfast etc. We stayed the bungalow, which was very comfortable for family stay in general. Still some comments for improvement, for our next possible stay in near future. Since each bungalow has some different accommodation which is owned by each private owner, . - Our bungalow doesn't have bathtub. - Sofa bed instead of bulk beds. These are bit different from the photo of hotel's website. Thus better to explain them clearly in the web site, and ask customers to request for the preferences (though it will be still best effort).

Bra frukost. Sköna sängar. Bred balkong. Ej bra med glasväggar mellan toalett och sovrum med smal passage. Ingen mörkläggning från toaletten med yttervägg också i glas då blev ljust i sovrummet tidig morgon. Dålig stil av hotell att ta betalt för dygnsparkering av bil då hotellet ligger utanför Visby. Passagedörr trasig mellan hotell och matsal, fick gå in via receptionen.

Beautiful resort with excellent standard in bungalow and incredible view of the ocean for sunsets. An extra plus was the full breakfast. The beds were really comfortable as I get back pain if they are too soft or spring-based.
