Nice hotel but was expecting more for the price.

The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean but expected a little more for the price. Overall we had a good stay and staff was friendly. Would use again but for the right price.

Working with the staff on a mix up in reservation dates was a pleasure. The desk staff was helpful and courteous. I would stay there anytime I was in the area.

Lady at check in was very welcoming and helpful. Overall stay experience was great. Our grandkids visited us at the motel and enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts as well. The only negative was the noise coming from cars and trucks passing by on the highway.

Avoid booking at this Hampton Inn

I booked a room in this hotel because it had the best ratings in the area. What a disappointment! We were put in a room next to a 4 lane highway. The insulation was so bad we were awake most of the night & felt like our beds were in the middle of the highway. The toilet had a ring around it but otherwise appeared clean. When we checked out I was told I had no additional changes or needed to do anything so we left. I discovered this hotel had placed a pending charge of $100 on my card above and& beyond the cost of hotel room, & called them 4 days later. There was no manager on duty - he never seems to be working or available - & was called back the next day. The manager blamed my credit card company for not removing the pending charge & said they should remove it in a couple days. I ended up having a 3 way call with the hotel of course no mgr available & the credit card company who said the hotel must release the hold. 2 weeks later and many phone calls later they still are still refusing to remove the extra $100 pending charge. Hampton corporate was totally lacking in assistance.
