Excellent location, friendly staff, very secure, clean, tidy, quiet, gay friendly (in fact, mostly gay couples) - perfect value apartment.

“Pretty Good”

This hotel is billed as being more than it actually is. The rooms are OK compared to most apartments you get but not outstanding and the price is high. The staff are very nice and the rooms are very clean and tidy if a little bit worn. The flat TV is great but only has Sky News and BBC world in english. The beds are basic comport foam mattress. The location is great with 5 mins walk to the beach. Overall I liked it but thought that for a 2 star it was over priced.

“Perfect place”

Perfect place to stay if you want somewhere clean and comfortable. The accommodation is basic, but slightly different to what you would expect to get for the price, in that some thought has gone into the design of the rooms. Close to the beach and far enough away from central Playa del Ingles to be quite but still close to everything. Quite pool by the apartments was much appreciated. Great to have free access to the internet and the bottle of champagne in the fridge was a nice added touch. Would stay again.

“OK for what it is”

Good Points: -Very Close to the main beach -Very close to Yumbo -Quiet -Clean and tidy -2 air conditioning units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the lounge) Bad Points: -The staff do not speak any english -The beds are extremely uncomfortable Overall The place itself is fine but it is being let down by the fact that communication when you do not speak Spanish and the do not speak English is challenging. Make sure that you have the reservation printouts from expedia with you (trust me its the only way you can communicate with them when they are asking you to pay for something that has already been paid). The cleaner/receptionist is only available until 16:00, after that you need to call the number provided at the gate to ask for someone to bring you the keys to your room. The guy responsible for this task also speaks very little english so be prepared for some challenging conversations.

“The Worst hotel Ever”

I have arrived late at 8 pm no one was there they do not speak any english, they did not find the booking and they do not even have a computer they use hand written papers to see reservation. so I could not stay in the hotel I had to pay a fortune to look for another hotel and taxi. I kept on looking for a hotel till past midnight so my advise book a more respectable hotel than this one this is bad hotel bad managment just bad.
