Fabulous place for longer stays, not many English speaking guests, The welcome was great, lovely and helpful staff, Really close to the sea, restaurants, good supermarkets, swimmingpool nd lounger area was great, good location for catching the bus no 66 from airport,

We had a really good stay at Las Faluas. Standard basic apartments with all you need for your holiday. Superb value for money. Kitchenette with hob microwave kettle toaster and everything else you need. Lovely swimming pool with bar and plenty of sunloungers. Multitude of shops in the area as well as numerous pubs and restaurants for eating out. Close to bus stop for airport buses 66 and 90 and other buses to take you all round the Island Its just a 10 minute walk to the sea, really good location to stay all round. Would recommend for a decent budget conscious clean and relaxing stay.

Very affordable, everything I need - shower, kitchen, bed, desk for remote working and good wifi. I would stay here again. The mattresses need to be replaced and are quite uncomfortable but that was expected.

Older room equipment but very clean. They cleaned every day and very well. Staff friendly and helpful. Big and nice swimming pool, great location. We were very satisfied and would come back again.

The stay was nice, the staff really friendly. I would only improve the receptionist availability, since most of the times the reception was empty and I had to wait until he/she came back, and also the cleaning, since the blankets available in our room were dusty and we couldn’t use them.

Good location for a holiday on budget
Easy to find with plenty of in street parking. Check in was fast and smooth. Rooms could do with an upgrade, but it general, they were kept clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great, 10min walk to the beach, short walk to shops, bars, restaurants.

You get what you pay for!
This was a nice cheap holiday apartment, nothing fancy, although I was impressed with the welcome bottle of water, buns, coffee, etc.. More than I've seen in many apartments and resorts. We had a few issues with our key cards for our room but that was sorted by reception. The pool was lovely, big and spacious, with plenty of sunbeds. Pool bar/restaurant was advertised as opening at 11 but I noticed it seemed to open at different times every day, possibly due to the time of year (October). Very central, only 2 minutes walk to the Kasbah/Plaza, and only a few minutes more to the beach. Supermarket & restaurant right across from the entrance. Would stay here again if I was on a budget holiday.

Only take this apartment if there is nothing else.
I only got this hotel because every other hotel was taken due to the carnival. It was a nice distance to the yumbo which was a bonus and the supermarket right next door is very handy. The reception staff are very moody and did not smile once. I know that if your stuck in a little box during carnival that its hard to be happy. The rooms are very dark and cold which wasnt very nice. Especially when I paid double to what I normally would pay. Only take this apartment if there is nothing else.

Escolhi pela localização e preço, como não pretendia usufruir a 100% do apartamento/hotel foi o suficiente, para quem deseja apenas ter um local para deixar a mala, banho e dormir está bom, mas deveria haver ar condicionado, é imprescindível numa ilha o que faz bastante calor.

Struttura discreta molto curata all'esterno un po' meno le stanze un po' datate nel complesso comunque non è male l'unica pecca è la mancanza dell'aria condizionata le stanze sono poco areabili di conseguenza si dorme poco dal troppo caldo

Hemos estado 10 días y nos ha sorprendido, el hotel está reformado, todo es muy limpio, la piscina es muy grande y limpia, la amabilidad del personal, adicional la habitación cuenta con todo lo que necesitamos incluso para días que desayunamos allí. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de playa, supermercados y restaurantes.lo recomendamos y repetiremos seguro!!

Struttura carina e pulita. La camera/appartamentino aveva a disposizione anche una piccola zona cucina, divano e guardaroba. Ottimo il terrazzino vista piscina. Camera pulita. Si consiglia per un soggiorno confortevole ma senza troppe pretese.
