“New year at Augustino”

The bungalow appartments are in a great location and have pleasant rooms beside the garden and pool. However, I felt they were overpriced and the owner seems to do the minimum possible. We lost water three times during our stay which was annoying. I felt with no reception that security was an issue and we did come back one evening to find someone trying to break into the rooms. On a more minor issues, there is no Information pack (some contact numbers would be helpful), one appartment is boarded up, some plants are dead (and have been for a while), sat tv has only 3 channels, unexpected charge for safe and yes the road is busy beside the appartments. However, it must be said that the traffic around the resort has doubled over the last few years.
