Nice hotel but very noisy.Posted Feb 7, 2014
Pros: Otherwise everything was lovely, enjoyed t salt water swimming pools, aquarobics and the Thalasso Centre. Had lovely treatments and enjoyed the fitn
Cons: Noise levels.
Location: Handy for shops/beach, good bus service to bigger resorts
First room, family room, was very depressing on ground floor in a concrete jungle and extremely noisy with coaches arriving/leaving in the middle of the night, as well as people above walking around on concrete floor with high heels. Sound proofing/insulation not good. Second room was beautiful in main building overlooking pool/recreation area but again very noisy when people came in during the night/early morning rolling their luggage along on concrete floor and talking very noisily ! Maybe there should be an extra door installed separating the bedroom from the front door ?

A very relaxing breakPosted Nov 14, 2013
Pros: The chill out area on the roof of the hotel has fantastic views and the relaxation in this area, excellent away from the other busy pools and children
A friend and I stayed at this hotel for a short break. It was very convenient being approx 20mins transfer from the airport. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and greeted us with a glass of "fizz" an excellent way to start your holiday. The whole hotel looked very clean and tidy and as if it had been recently refurbished. In all an excellent hotel, but the resort is a little bit limited if you want to go out in the evening although buses and taxis to the next resorts are easy to get.

Not in the seasonPosted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room very clean, most of staff friendly but because hotel was overbooked it was hard to enjoy the stay-long waiting time for elevator,no free sunbeds, plenty of noise children in swimming pool. There was also problem twice with card to room had to get it recoded. Food good but fish in the evening was sometimes not cooked well.

Lovely Hotel with quite a few hidden chargesPosted May 20, 2013
Pros: Lovely roof top bar.
Cons: All the hidden charges
Location: great location you can walk everywhere or get the bus.
This is a lovely hotel and the location is great it's slightly disappointing that so many amenities are advertised but it's not mentioned anywhere that you have to pay to use it all! For example the Gym is only free between 1 and 2 pm. The inside pool is 23.00 Euros a day and the roof top pool is 8.00 Euros a day. The buffet at the restaurant is great value at 10.00 euros however you must pay at reception if you just walk in and opt to pay in the restaurant it's 16.00 euros, rather peculiar. Other than all the hidden charges it's a lovely hotel.

Great base for fun adventures and relaxingPosted May 1, 2013
Pros: exemplary service.
Cons: The strange blue costume that looked like a seal with a cock's comb on the canarian night - what was it?
Location: If you want to be on the south of the island this is a great area.
The service on reception was great - really friendly and welcoming without being false. They booked us diving trips at 9pm on Sat night for the next morning. The rooms were well thought out, comfortable and had plenty of space. The thalassotherapy pool is an extra E20, but well worth it for 2 hours of being massaged by waterjets in a room like a Bond villan's lair. The rooftop bar did good caipirinahas and mojitos (and asked how we liked them so they could adjust for us). We found the rooftop area a great place to relax, as the pools at the bottom were a bit more family orientated, so having a pool by a cocktail bar and shaded beds was great. On the not quite superb points, the buffet was a good variety, but not amazing quality. The restaurant on the roof should suit foodies, but it was closed for the May Day holidays by the time we thought of it. The best nights were the Spanish and Canarian themed buffets. Also, I prefer a quieter place, but the kids club and other organised activities will probably suit others, especially families.

Very good hotel, friendly staffPosted Apr 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
On arrival a small queue at check in. We were offered a glass of cava or orange juice - nice gesture. Check in was efficient and everything explained re breakfast and dinner . Room was large view of pool, bathroom had two sinks. Shampoo shower gel etc. bathrobe and croc type sandals. Very good choice for breakfast lots of fruit, cereals cold & hot food. Dinner the same good choice of salads and hot food. The roof terrace bar is good for a pre or post dinner drink. Service from all very good.

Good stayPosted Feb 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was very calm and good hotel if you are above 65+. My 4 years old, some times I felt that she is disturbing other guests which I did not like.
Don't go there !!!Posted Jan 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was absolute disaster from start to finish. Rather and write a book on it . The hole focus On this hotel was to take your money . As they We're control by the tour operators so they Could make money This was said my hotel director . Hospitality does not exist! As you know at hotels Dot com know I travel over the world. Please everyone not to go to this hotel. Thanks Alan
