We deeply sorry, Izabella, to know that you didn´t enjoy your stay with us. Even more if possible because we haven´t any news of your complaints just your request to go to the restaurant with your dog. In any case, we would like to explain you that because of the Covid, it´s mandatory the maximun of occupancy inside the gym, that is why we always ask to reserve the entrance to the gym. By the way, it´s also mandatory in Spain to pratise exercise with a mask. The day you say, there were 11 people training without mask, that it´s why our staff had to ask to the guests without reservation to leave the gym and the others, wear the mask. Regarding the rest of your complaints, we can only apologise if we didn´t achieve your expectations and we will transmit your comments to the corresponding responsible.
