“Great location”
The hotel is in an excellent location, next to the lovely city beach, and within walking distance of the bus station (bus 60 from the airport to Santa Catalina bus station). It is in a main shopping area with eg El Corte Ingles, and a bus ride (bus 12/13) or longish walk away from the older part of the town where the main pedestrianised shopping street is, aswell as some museums.
As mentioned by other guests, the hotel isn't particularly 4 star. The rooms are very clean, nice bathroom. No tea/coffee facilities, but that is pretty normal for the continent. Fab breakfast in a room with amazing views over the sea. There's also a good bar/cafe on the ground floor. Staff are friendly and speak some English.
The downside is that the staircase is a bit shabby, and we didn't bother with the swimming pool on the roof, as it was tiny.
