Good clean hotel. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival and it was great. Basic, but tasty food and we always had lots of choices Pool was large and there were enough chairs for everyone. No complaints

Disappointing - not "all inclusive" ...
Not "All inclusive" - have to buy your own soap! during a global pandemic!! also have to give a deposit for the tv remote control. no snack bar (few biscuits put out around meal times at the only bar open during daytime at the pool). and no notice on their own website nor anywhere else - most of the facilities were closed during our stay (no kids club, no trampolines, no bowling, no games room, no indoor bar, spa and gym limited, no playground at all there! and golf is €5pp). I understand there are restrictions but if they had advertised this I would not have booked, saved money with somewhere with just a pool. you also cant get drinks by the water slides/water park, you have to purchase them, or smuggle them in from the other pools bar. the activities werent at the advertised times, if any went ahead. and the evening entertainment involved a horrendously painful hours of out of time violin playing, the volume of the music at nighttime and positioning means the entire hotel is forced to listen to the repetitive playlist nightly until 11pm. house keeping hit and miss. reception wont do anything over the phone and has a constant queue of customers. they were stressed and rude (almost understandably) not helpful in the slightest to any of our queries. heads up: Bus route 33 goes to puerto rico which was a savour. all other bus routes currently stopped. Food was ok but the same for lunch and dinner every day with one dish changing. no concept of cross contamination) gross.

In addition to stating these facts, we would also like to express our disagreement with your alegation that our staff was dismissive or rude. Some of them may not always be the perfect embodiments of ideal human specimens working in the tourism industry, but most almost always do try hard and therefore we fell that it is simply not fair to them to make such a harsh statement. The food was dreadful and cold. The restaurant was like feeding time at a zoo. My room smelled very bad of cigarettes, I asked to be moved. The curtains were changed but the bed and bedding were stinky. I wasn't moved and they did no more for me. There is NO adult evening entertainment in the adult bar. It is a really rough and common resort. The water park is icy cold and I only saw 6 people throughout my 5 night stay in the water there. You have to pay for so many extras..Towels, kettle, safe, sun beds etc. There were kids everywhere even though they should have all been at school at this time. The spa stated a pool - there is no swimming pool for actual swimming. The spa was very disappointing and very expensive.

We are sorry that your expercience did not satisfy your expectations for your 3 star all-incluisve holiday accommodation. Most guests really like the food and many of them, considering the hotel a 3 star one, are even impressed by its variety, quality and overall value. The veneing entertainment takes place daily, after the children´s entertainment has finished in the Arena Plaza evening entertainment area, where you can also enjoy all-inclusive drinks. In the winter the water in the water park pools is unsurprisingly colder, as the days are shorter with fewer hours of direct sunlight, with greater probability of an overcast sky and the air temperature may on occasion be as low as 20 degrees. There is machinery that is configured to keep the much more manageable amounts of water in the hotel pools pools at a minimum temperature of 23 degrees, often times even a little warmer. In the spa there is apool, there surely is no info out there that would advertise it as a literal pool for swimming (as in doing laps back in forth). Far be it from us to take away anyone´s opinion, but the price for 2 hours in the spa (also including the use of the steam bath and the sauna) most people consider to be very good. Great value for money with some flaws
Overall we had a great stay and were positive about the condition of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was great, the area was great and people were really friendly! However the beds were terrible, the food in the snack bar was a joke and there was a lot of noise from the entertainment every night. The pictures also shows a spa and fitness - be aware that it is located in another hotel and you can not access if you bring children under the age of 16. The hotel needs reno, but we had a nice vacation with great weather!

Cold rooms in the winter, fee for EVERY THING!
We styaed 2 nights in the hotel and maybe that's why we got a room which didn't get direct sun light. the room was cold, even during day and it was really cold during night, we had to put on lots of clothes to prevent getting cold. I asked reception to get e heather, but I had to rent a heather in a weekly basis for 2 nights! For an all inclusive hotle, the hotel has a serious policy for cost saving. Internet is free only in the reception area and that floor, not in the rooms. Even TV was not free!!! If you want to use the TV, you have to pay an extra money to get the remote control from reception! this was the only hotel I have seen this. Perhaps because of the location, I couldn't access to internet via my mobile in the hotel ,while I had access in Las Palmas, imagine you paid almost an expensive price for an all inclusive hotel, but you still are stuck in a cold room without TV, no Internet from Hotel, no interent from network! swimming pool water is cold.

Dear Peyman, thank you for this valuable feedback. Most guests would not agree that any of our rooms are particularly cold, let alone so much that one would feel compelled to get an electric heater. The fact that the company which provides the heater for rent charges only full weeks is hardly something you could blame the hotel for, as we are actually inclined to agree with you on this point. You only pay a deposit for the TV remote, meaning that you get the money back when you return the remote, and there is no charge for using the TV. Several different mobile phone service providers have decent to good signal in most of Taurito, there is merely one which is known to have horrible service in all of Taurito. The swimming pool has machiney connected to it which is configured to keep it at a minimum temperature of 23 degrees, often times even a bit warmer (how much depends primarily on the wheather conditions). We are sorry to hear your experience did not fully meet you expectations for your stay at our hotel. Kind regards, the Paradise Team

The buffet was excellent. The mix and quality of food was more likened to a five star hotel. The food caters for all needs and with all day drinks and ice creams from the bars we had no need to use a kettle in the room.

Excellent Customer Service
I think the level of service is best described by one memorable experience with one of the chefs at the morning buffet. The buffet was varied and delicious, with breakfast being no different - multiple types of eggs (scrambled, boiled, fried two different ways), fruits, hot foods, cheeses, breads, cereals, yoghurts, sausages and bacon - you get the idea. Even my picky children were able to find things they would eat, with over a dozen beverages available as well. The thing is, I love bacon, and this was GOOD bacon - thick cut and delicious. But I like my bacon a specific way, and by that, I mean BURNT. My children also prefer it this way, and yes, some people think it’s weird. The buffet had a nice selection of both BURNT and “normal” bacon - except Saturday. So I asked the man if he had any “burnt” bacon. He looked horrified. And then he gave me “burnt” bacon. 🙂 Yes, even though it obviously offended his chef’s soul, this very kind man made sure that, strange customer that I am, got exactly what I wanted. That was the type of service we were consistently given - hotel staff were doing everything they could do to make sure our holiday was enjoyable. I will happily return to this facility. The Waterpark was too cold for us to enjoy in December (salty icy water) but the hotel pool was lovely, and the service. The service was wonderful, as was the “burnt” bacon.

Nice hotel in a lovely area, I was worried it would be too isolated but everything you needed was on site. Beach was clean, food was better than any other AI I have been to. Room was spotless and the aqua park fantastic . Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It’s close to the beach and the water park was grea. The food was good too. On the downside the juice cups are too small and you’re constantly filling up small cups at the pool or at the restaurant. There was also no teenager’s club. The entertainment was mostly by the animation team. Ok now and again but needed professional shows.

Family friendly and very close to the beach. Room adequate and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Food good. Gym very disappointing, most of the machines don’t work and those that do are rusty and worn. No free water. This was in the 4 star part of the complex.

Nice family hotel - nothing fancy
Our break at the Paradise Lago Turito was very enjoyable. The staff are great. As it’s all inclusive there’s no problem thinking about food, although anymore than a week and you’d start to get tired of the food - there is a slight variation each evening but every meal sort of blends into one. The water park has free entry and you can come and go as you like, it is good but is salt water. The kids clubs are basic but my 2 (7 & 10) loved the animation team who are very enthusiastic. The hotel pool is small but adequate, make sure you put a towel on a lounger 1st thing - even though this is forbidden everyone does it so don’t miss out. Only very addicting shopping nearby - souvenirs etc and a supermarket. Nice atmosphere at the mini disco and entertainment until about 11.00pm when things quieten down for the night. One minor complaint is the hotel is 1 hour transfer from the aiprport but we thought it was worth it and the kids are asking me to book it again!

Lovely complex with water park always under sunny skies with no wind. Beach near but no good. Other lovely golden beaches near 10 euros with taxi. Recommend for families and couples. Bus stop right outside.

Hotel Paradise Lago Taurito
The Hotel was in a good location for families with lots of things for children to do. Each room has a balcony which faces the right direction for sun in the afternoon. If your travelling without kids then its a 15 minute car ride to Puerto Rico for good bars etc.

Amazing Winter Getaway
Such a lovely hotel, from first observation. Looks a little busy from the gate as there are shops before you find your way to the reception. The shoppers are happy to direct you to where the hotel reception is as it is not obvious. My room was a double and has a sea view which was a pleasant surprise as i didn't even ask for sea view. I suppose most rooms for couples only get the sea view, as i noticed most families with young kids went more than the fifth floor up. You will never be hungry whilst staying here. So much choice of food, snack before meal times and drinks through out the day for free as it is an all inclusive hotel. My highlight was the bed. The bed was the most comfortable, even better than my own at home - firm mattress just the way i like it as i have a bad back.There is so much for little ones to do during the day, if you are a family with young kids. Lots of activities in the outdoor pool, entertainers always engaging with the kids, music blarring as you sun bathe just by the pool bar. Lots of sun beds, so you don't need to pre-book or put towels to reserve as most British do.Absolutely all sunbeds get the sun by 11am. Beach looked very clean and also boat rides on offer for a fee. When you get to the beach, i noticed you have to purchase for a sun bed. Not sure about towels, as i was just observing from a balcony. Visited this place from 25th Jan till 27th Jan and the sun was absolutely hot....would say 20+ C degrees. Will visit again!

First time for us to stay at this kind of hotel.. What a surprise! Huge property spotlessly clean everywhere. Massive rooms and super friendly and patient staff. Mealtimes were a real treat, with an endless selection. We loved our short stay!

Hotel is very tired and needs a total reburbishment. The food in the restaurant was lovely and varied. Staff were friendly and although room was clean It was dated, worn and in need of major upgrading. The hotel has potential. Be aware you have to pay for facilities like tennis and mini golf.

Nice hotel close to the beach & great aqua park
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel and had the most awesome holiday by miles, however a number of improvements must be arranged. There needs to be more English-speaking staff involved, especially in house-keeping. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and polite unlike one chef at the restaurant who was clearly lacking customer service. Despite that, food was decent, bar drinks service was pretty quick and nice. Encountered wifi issues during my stay in the room. Wifi is extremely poor at hotel and it’s literally impossible to get connected even at reception area. Overall, hotel facilities are great, the beach is amazing and water park is one of the best out there. Would consider to return here very soon once the improvements are addressed.

Great location for the water park
The hotel is right next to the water park which is free entry if you stay at the hotel. It's salt water so bring googles. Food was good but a week is long enough before you have sampled all the delights. Staff are friendly and speak English. Air conditioner in the rooms a problem. Most don't work and I can see this being a problem in the summer. Good all round 3 star stay.

Ideal Easter break for families
Just had a great relaxing 9 day break at this hotel. It's a 3 star so expect 3 star standards and if you do that you will have great time. Water park sets this apart from other similar type hotels. Plenty to do for kids, hardly ever saw my 10 year old boy during the day. Loads of sunbeds available and terrace gets the sun all day from 11. We did a couple of evenings out in puerto de Morgan which is only 10 minutes in a taxi and around €6 each way. Rooms were big and spacious. We had a family room in the 6th floor. All in all it did what it advertised and apart from a couple of niggles it was a great Easter break.

hotel was very nice and had a lot of activities to do however after 11pm entertainment finishes and isn't much to do. ideal for families rather then couples. staff was nice and friendly, food was ok

On arrival just after 2pm we were told our rooms weren't ready and sent to get some lunch. About 3pm we got keys to our 2 rooms - kids age 15 and 13 where classed as adults and we had to pay for an extra room for them. Hotel entrance very grand, once we got to the rooms - what a disappointment. Nothing like the photos shown, there was one double bed (which was supposed to be king size) in both rooms. We telephoned reception to ask for 2 beds in one of the rooms and a childs camp bed was brought up. Considering what we had paid for the extra room it wasn't very good. The base of the bed was filthy, the mattress wasn't much better and there were stickers on the bed frame. Food was ok, what you can expect from a 3 star all-inclusive, well presented and plenty of choice. Cleanliness of the hotel was good, the light switch fell out of the wall and once reported they were there immediately to fix it. It felt a bit like being stuck on a desert island, there was no where to walk, you had to get a bus or taxi to get anywhere. Entertainment was aimed completely at kids

Very nice place and exellent stuff in hotel We spend a lot of time in waterpark with my son The room in hotel was very comfortable and very clean
