Could be a really lovely hotel but food very mediocre at best , staff in the restaurant very nice . . Some music round the pool in the day would help. Some low level lighting in the restaurant and in the evening by pool bar instead of bright spot lights ! Also again maybe some music in the evenings by the pool bar , people may have a dance after the quiz etc Sorry. Just lacking a few things

Spent one night all inclusive at Marina elite hotel as our flight was changed. I was a bit concerned as not very good reviews. What a lovely hotel, lovely staff and great food. Rooms were basic but very clean. Would definitely go back for a holiday and would recommend to friends and family.

This property doesn’t have excellent air conditioning system. After several complaints and after involving Expedia the hotel finally gave a reliable room. The breakfast has same stuff every day which is pretty boring and below standards. Parking for cars is a big hike, depends where you stay on the top end or lower end of the entrance. Beds were comfy to sleep but don’t expect to get the bed sheets changed every day. They only charge them every 4 days which is a shame. Television doesn’t work so kids could feel bored. The hotel has an average sized pool and tennis court. Overall I would rate this hotel to be 3 star or lower.

Lovely location, sea views, good transport links, easy walk along the shore to Anfi beach shops and restaurants. Nice big room. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Wifi was very intermittent, and the British tv channels needed to be reset every day.

Nice hotel
This is my first time staying at the hotel and it met my standards. We arrived there with a express bus from airport in 40 min. The bus stop is right outside but need to walk 2 min under a tunnel because of main roads on top. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We got our room in a hill which means a little hill walking, slightly tiering but the majority of the hotels are on a hill. The room was really nice and cosy. Really clean. Nice white sheet on top of the bed. A nice and clean balcony,I was worried for insects but there were none. Beautiful view of the sea. They also clean the room daily which is a plus point if you have children. Breakfast is nice and tasty lots of variety but the same hot food. Overall I will give a 4 star. The hotel is close to Anfi beach and puerto rico beach. 2 min with the bus and taxi. Taxi is really cheap for close distance. Thank you for a lovely stay, we enjoyed it.

Heated pool not working
I have booked this hotel especially for the heated pool, however when me and my friend arrived there, the water was freezing cold. We’ve notified the staff and they told us it will be fixed. It was only fixed on the day of our departure which was extremely disappointing as we booked this hotel purely because of the heated pool as we went in November. There was also no lifts. The view however was amazing we definitely enjoyed our evening on the spacious balconies! Staff in the canteen were also very friendly!

This is our second stay and we enjoyed ourselves, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy and there are renovations going on at the moment to make getting from one area to another’s lot easier. Looking forward to our next visit .

The place advertised air conditioning however this was only on during the day. At night there was no air conditioning and the room was very loud when the windows were open. Staff were unwilling to help and would not provide us with an alternative room.

If you want to lose a little weight book here
We read the reviews after booking and the remarks about the hills and stairs, so I phoned the hotel and asked for a room near a lift which We were was given. The restaurant is on the 7th floor and we had a basic apartment on the 2nd floor with a large balcony the restaurant you either walked up a very long hill and walk up many many many steps to get the the pools although you could get the lift to the 9th floor, cutting out half the hill but you still have the stairs. The breakfast was good value but the evening meal was totally boring and tasteless although there was plenty of if. We were half board and spent almost half the time eating out The bar opening times stated didnt match in reality. The receptionist Anthony was lovely and helpful and the bar and serving staff couldn’t do enough for you. The evening entertainment was a singer two nights a week who was not worth the effort. Everyone was complaining about the climb to the pools. Half of the apartments were close to the pools so they had the climb and stairs every time they wanted the restaurant Would we go again NO

Restaurant quality was good. Self catering quality is poor: no cereal / Soup bowls in apartment. No tin opener had to take tins back to supermarket. Shower head blocked with scale unable to shower on arrival. Shower head changed out next day ok. Beds and towels not changed on day 4 raised with reception and changed day 6

Restaurant food needs some work
Booked as a last minute break so my expectations weren’t that high but the guys was disappointing- the meat was often tough and sometimes cold, there was lots of food but not a great choice, need more child friendly options, my boys (5&3) admittedly are quite fussy but we couldn’t find anything they would eat! They existed on chips and bread for dinner and pancakes for breakfast for the week 🙄 Vitaliya at the kids club was great but the other staff do need to be a little friendlier, staff in reception/bars etc struggled to crack a smile. The apartments were clean and served their purpose.

Decent hotel
Hotel was decent with the rooms cleaned around 3 times over the week. However we only got fresh towels twice and the covers weren't changed once. My partner spilled some make up on the sheets and instead of being changed they just turned the covers round so it wasn't facing outwards. Food was good on the all inclusive, if you like pork then you'll absolutely love this place. Don't expect an English breakfast. The sausages are the small Spanish cocktail type ones and the hot plates didn't do a good job of keeping the food warm even when in as soon as it opened. I'd also like to add that the Spanish guests staying there are amongst the most ignorant I've ever come across. They don't seem to believe in queuing. Their mannerisms are very poor. The pool bars are ok but basic. The best selling point they have is the small "beach bar" down the stairs. It's the only place were you can get cocktails but the bar man was absolutely fantastic and spent his time making us new cocktails and he always seemed happy and was a credit to the hotel. Overall the hotel (we stayed in the apartments and not the hotel building itself) were of good standard. Room had air con which was a bonus. The location is good if a little quiet. It's around 4 euro in a taxi through to Puerto Rico which has a place called the commercial centre which his pubs and restaurants although some are a little pricey. If you get this hotel for around 700-900 AI go for it. It's well worth it

Great place to stay
Very nice resort with 2 heated swimming pools. Good food quality, most of the staff very nice and helpful :) A lot of parking spaces, great ocean views and very close (5 mins walk) to the best beach of GC (Anfi). Good bus service. It is not the best place for you if you want to party all the time. It is rather nice and quiet place to chill out.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. Staff if very welcomed and polite. We stayed in February so the lack of air con wasn’t a problem but I can’t imagine to stay there during the summer. We rented a car as well and I must say that location of this hotel suited us perfectly. It’s 3* hotel and it met our expectations as a 3*.

A great week in the winter sun
Overall we are very glad we stayed here. The reviews we read before we went made me a bit worried but coming from a couple, who for their last few holidays have stayed in 5* resorts, we really enjoyed our stay here. We feel the hotel was rated perfectly. The food was ideal for lunch and breakfast. We did decide to go out for dinner a couple nights just to break it up a little. The restaurants do lack a little in atmosphere but the food is fresh and has good variety. Everything was very clean. The cleaners did a great job with our room and the pool area was always very clean, neat and tidy. I thought the 2 pools were fabulous. Very clean & a lovely temperature. It is a quiet area with outstanding views. You can walk over to the anfi area which is lovely or jump in a taxi to Puerto Rico which is only 4 Euro. We made great use of the local buses which stopped just outside the hotel. We went to Playa del ingles, melonares & Puerto Mogán. Great connections. Yes the hotel has a number of steps and is on a hill but this clear on their website. There are lifts & amazing views (thanks to the hill location). My only negative was regarding the comfort of the beds & heat at night. There is no air con (which you would know when you read about the hotel before you go) I thought in January it would be cool enough but a bit warm for us. Apparently the hotel is getting renovated in spring this year so maybe it will be addressed then. We loved our stay here and will definitely recommend it.

loved it here. it's definitely 3* based on food but accommodation was amazing (We had a sea view apartment) and the support staff can't do enough for you. to get the rating up, food was sometimes a little bit cold in the buffet and there really should be a difference between the vodka and Bacardi. food also needs to warn about allergies and choices (was quite easy being vegan or vegetarian but a day or 2, everything had fish or meat) staff were amazing from cleaners to reception. No issues staying here again. almost 4*, just needs a little bit of polish
