Great hotel for sight seeing the old townPosted Jun 23, 2013
We only stayed one night, but this was a top class hotel. Only issue was getting the car to the entrance on the Gran Via.

Quiet ,Upscale but FriendlyPosted Jun 4, 2013
Pros: Location in the centre of the city , easy access to everything and a friendly staff keen to help with anything you asked about.
Cons: Lack of complimentary wifi in the rooms , but not in the public areas, was an annoyance.
Location: On one of the main streets in the city centre.Valet parking off-site is needed , and extra, but efficiently and promptly provided.
The staff are young and friendly and all seem to speak good English. Try to book a room in the old Convent part of the hotel rather than the modern annex. The hotel restaurant is one or the best in the region for haute cuisine , though priced accordingly.it also has a beautiful ambiance , especially at the outside tables in the Convent cloister. The wifi is available free in the common areas but charged for in-room , not really acceptable for a hotel in this price category. The library off the Cloister is a pleasant place to relax and daily newspapers are available free and quiet waiter Service if you feel like a drink. The books are merely for show and have plainly been bought from a dumpster as decoration only.Pity. I would recommend this hotel to upmarket tourists who want to be in the centre of Granada within short walking distance of most of the things they will want to visit and a USD8 five minute taxi ride to the Alhambra. Taxis are easy to get.The Hotel is on the Gran Via and taxis and local buses are plentiful. This not a business hotel , unless you are looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat for after you have finished your business.

Within easy reach of all amenities in GranadaPosted Apr 22, 2013
Pros: Excellent restaurant
Location: Very convenient location in the City of Granada
Very conveniently situated within the City. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A modern hotel within an older style building which was once a convent.

A good city centre hotelPosted Apr 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location based around the cloisters of a former convent was excellent. The room was rather small, but very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A Wonderful StayPosted Apr 9, 2013
Pros: The accommodation, the staff and the location.
Location: Perfect for accessing local transportation, the old town and shopping.
As a guest, this hotel is perfect and I have no hesitation singing the praises of both the accommodation and the staff. A cautionary note: Be aware that there is a step down as one enters the "Convent Rooms" that is not clearly marked.
