Beautiful old facade with very modern roomsPosted May 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Lovely location and attentive staff. We were two couples with two rooms and they were both different. Very clean modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Recommended.

Within easy reach of all amenities in GranadaPosted Apr 22, 2013
Pros: Excellent restaurant
Location: Very convenient location in the City of Granada
Very conveniently situated within the City. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A modern hotel within an older style building which was once a convent.

A good city centre hotelPosted Apr 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location based around the cloisters of a former convent was excellent. The room was rather small, but very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A Wonderful StayPosted Apr 9, 2013
Pros: The accommodation, the staff and the location.
Location: Perfect for accessing local transportation, the old town and shopping.
As a guest, this hotel is perfect and I have no hesitation singing the praises of both the accommodation and the staff. A cautionary note: Be aware that there is a step down as one enters the "Convent Rooms" that is not clearly marked.

Well situated hotelPosted Apr 8, 2013
The hotel was ideally situated for restaurants and places of interest. There were a couple of issues. There was no English speaking channels (other than business channels) also there was no bar or coffee shop.

Meh.Posted Feb 12, 2013
Pros: Nice courtyard and sauna.
Cons: Where's the staff?!
Location: Decent although on very busy street which is good and bad depending on what you want, personally in your experience.
No hot water in my room for 2 days. Impossible to get staff to attended to you in the lounge if you want drinks or coffee. Internet is free in public areas, but slloooowwww. The restaurant is highly overpriced and room service menu is a joke. I thought this was going to be a much nicer property. It is close to things and even an easy-ish walk to Alhambra. But if I ever return, I'll stay somewhere else. The courtyard area is nice but again, it's exhausting trying to find staff to help you here.

Do not miss!Posted Dec 4, 2012
Pros: The room, the courtyard and the restaurant
Cons: The lobby is nice but it does not reflect the unique character of the rest of the place.
Location: Very good
This hotel offers great value for the price. It is cosy, beautiful, and romantic. the location is great, very close to main attractions including la Alhambra and the old part of the city, shops, restaurants, etc. And the food in the hotel is delicious. A word of advice, if you go to Granada do not leave after seeing the Alhambra, there is a lot more to discover in this wonderful Spanish city.
