Nice hotel with good location, close to cathedral and major attraction sites. Nice and helpful staff. Good restaurant on site, El Claustro.

“Granada trip hotel”

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent and the contemporary design of the rooms is really nice. The hotel staff was extremely nice. Hotel does not explicitly tell you this but the minibar in the room is actually free, so make sure guests use it.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, excelent service, excelent staff, excelent restaurants, excellent everything..... Very good price for the qualily of the hotel. They gave us an upgrade for no reason. That was very good. It was our first time in the hotel.

“Nice hotel & well located”

Liked the hotel a lot. Free minibar and great toiletries. Bed was comfy and room was perfectly nice albeit slightly on the small side. Bathroom was terrific. We were given a room right off of the elevator on the first floor. While we didn't care that much, some of the other rooms further away from the elevator were probably nicer/slightly bigger. Also the inner courtyard is super pretty, but you can not see it from the lobby. This seems to be one of only a few 5 star hotels in the area and it is pretty well-located to all shopping areas, dining areas, the Alhambra etc.

“Disappointed”

Lovely hotel, great location, but Granada was a disappointment. The city has allowed the kids to deface their beautiful and historic town with graffiti everywhere. A real shame. Also, our long scheduled trip to the Alhambra was cancelled as a bunch of Euro bureaucrats took the place over for the day to have a boondoggle. No warning. Very frustrating. Soured the whole visit.

It is a beautiful hotel well located. There is convenient bus transportation to tourist sites.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Their recommendations on everything were great. The place had a lot of character and was well kept and comfortable. We even had a teeny courtyard.
