Cons: Better facilities for business travelers in the room
Very nice property and very good location but rooms are too small with no table to work and no accessible power outlets for computer/phones. Not recommend for business travelers...Staff excellent ! Also, the air conditioning works only on heating and according with the staff there is no refrigeration after certain date (??) They suggest to open the windows, but our room facing main street was annoying.

The worst front desk office I ever experienced

Pros: Leaving it .
Cons: Everything, from the main entrance of the Hotel to the staff hospitality.
Location: Go visit the Al Hambra and the Cathedral. Don't forget to have a "Happy hour" at the Terrace of the AL HAMBRA PALACE HOTEL. Breathtaking view.
Way too expensive for what it is . The bathroom ceiling of the deluxe room number 124 is lower than the room's ceiling itself, creating an empty space in between, full of dust. The TV screen is very small ( the size of two I Pads screen) The Wi-Fi internet connection inside the room is very slow. and the room is incredibly small, resulting in a very Bad Hotel stay. For info : We waited 25 minutes before we had to go down to the concierge and bring our luggage OURSELVES, and When we asked to speak with a manager in order to complain : Nobody was available. tThe receptionist REFUSED to contact the manager, it seems that The GM.( S.F.) was in Madrid and the Front desk "duty manager"( Fransico ) was only working during the afternoon from 3 to 7 pm. and the next morning from 9 Am to 2 PM . NOT A FIVE STARS HOTEL AT ALL. at least not to our standard. A very bad experience . Cant believe that it is under a Marriott Management.

We are sorry your stay with us was not as expected, even though we upgraded your room to superior category instead of the standard room booked. Bu the time of your check in several reservations took place at the same time, that is why it took a bit longer than usual the delivery of the suitcases to the rooms, and by the time your luggage was in the troley is when you took it to your room, refusing our help to do it. We of course understand you wanted inmediatly to have it in your room, but as explained before, sometimes it may take a bit longer. As soon as I got informed about the issue with your stay I contacted you through phone, as you were in the Alhambra, to let you know about what happened and inform the General Manager about this problems in your stay. Again, thank you for the time taken to share your experience with us and please accept our apologies if the hotel was not what you expected, all this comments are taken seriously to improve the service. Et godt hotell

Veldig fornøyd med hotellets service og rommene var rene, estetiske og hadde en god størrelse.Satte også stor pris på hotellets behaglige atrium. Hotellet har også et godt kjøkken som fronter lokal mat. Det eneste problemet vi hadde var å kjøre til hotellet pga. mye enveiskjøring og fotokontroller i Granada.

Pros: The room was spacious.
Cons: The gym facilities
Location: The location is great. About a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and most of the historic sites. Plenty of good food to be found nearby.
We had a great time in Granada! The hotel location was key.

到着後、午後2時ぐらいからゆっくりランチをしました。Menu のグラナダコースは、6品ワイン付き60ユーロでとても美味しく、コスパも最高でした。部屋、立地、サービスともに文句なしです。中庭の趣もとてもいいです。
