“Best 1-Star Hotel”

I was amazed that this little treasure was rated as a one-star. It could easily be a 3-star. We were the only Americans we noticed staying at the hotel during that week. We selected the hotel based on its location: away from the city-center and very close to Alhambra. It is up on a hill, so the view of Granada is spectacular from their Terrace bar and our room. We could easily walk to all "tourist" sites: no more than 30 minute walks. A mini-red bus comes by once an hour and provides quick access to everything. The staff were very good. The rooms and in-room bathrooms were nice and clean. I received a nightly 30-min massage on their lower-terrace every evening. An out door massage, given by expert hands, in the setting sun of Southern Spain, was fab! It was the perfect way to finish my days of walking around Granada.
