A good, value for money hotel.

Posted Nov 5, 2014
The hotel is located down a pedestrian side street at the heart of the city centre. Traffic noise is minimal and this makes for a very quiet stay. It's only a short walk to catch the 3A bus which goes to the Alhambra Palace. The rooms although not spacious are comfortable a well maintained. Cleanliness is good throughout the hotel. The room-rate I got was extremely good and represented real value for money. I would definitely stay there again !

Best hotel ever!

Posted Oct 25, 2014
Pros: Beautiful room, great location, friendly staff.
Cons: I wouldn´t change a thing.
Location: Close to a plaza with a tourist information office. Close to another plaza where you get the bus for the Alhambra. Many good restaurants nearby.
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. An incredible bargain for the price. The room was large and comfortable (best pillows I´ve ever slept on), and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to everything. A little noisy at night, because of the sound of happy people in the restaurants outside, but - hey - you´re in Granada and what´s better than the sound of happiness?

A Great off-season Hotel

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: I made a mistake on the dates I booked and they sorted out the problem with no fuss.
Location: Excellent location for going out with many good places to eat or drink.
The Hotel is situated in the main tapas street in central Granada. The staff are very helpful, and unlike other chains they are prepared to be flexible. The deal I got in October was exceptional value and with the weather still being good in Early Autumn it is must time to stay.

Basic hotel convenient for centre and Alhambra

Posted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort.
Cons: Breakfast, room amenities, staff attitude.
Location: Calle Navas is full of tapas bars. Albaycin and main shopping areas are 5 - 10 minutes walk, with Alhambra not much further.
Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Breakfast was basic, plenty of it, but the choice definitely put the hotel in the 3 star category. No tea and coffee in the room. There is a separate tea/ coffee lounge but you have to get kettle refills and milk yourself from the kitchen of the neighbouring restaurant. The room itself was smallish, but adequate and very clean. The bed was firm with plenty of firm pillows/cushions. Some reviewers have complained about the noise if you are on the Calle Navas side of the hotel and it did get pretty loud a couple of times. There were no English channels at all on the TV, not even CNN or BBC News. For the price this is an OK hotel and the location is convenient fir all of the main attractions of Granada.

Of all the things that you say, what I am worry is having a personal "not particulary friendly or helpfull" as you say, I will take measures to improve the staff care to client . I am pleased to inform you that the problem with the international channels is solve.

Decent hotel in a great position for exploring on

All good but the room we were allocated was next to the lift and incredibly noisy - guess they allocate these rooms to guests who pay discounted prices!

Great location but tough to get to.

Posted Sep 17, 2014
Pros: Location for many of the sites in town.
Cons: Helping tourists with suggestions and directions.
Location: Very near the Cathedral and lots of plazas and restaurants in the area.
The location was excellent being near the old part of the city. Great restaurants in the area and lots of night life. We rented a car and had GPS but getting there was difficult. The staff could be more helpful with suggestions and directions to local sites. We asked how to get to the Alhambra and we got very vague directions.

This hotel was a little gem in the center of Granada. Great buffet breakfast, very nice rooms with wifi, and very close to many restaurants.

Perfect location. Great value.

Posted Jul 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
First of all, perfect location. On one side of the hotel is a great street for tapas. Even though it is livelier at night, with my ear plugs I wasn't disturbed at all. The room we had was ready for us upon early arrival which was great! The beds are comfy but unusually small. I'm 5'8 and my feet hung over the edge. The lady at the desk couldn't move us because they were a full house and instead of leaving a note for her colleague she said I would need to talk to them the next day which I thought was a missed opportunity for above and beyond customer service. Jesus at the front desk was fantastic. He answered all the questions we had and made several suggestions for restaurants and things to do. I recommend this hotel and would stay again. The value and it's location is excellent. Also the breakfast is outstanding. Lots to choose from.

Excellent location

Pros: Location and the helpfulness of the staff
Hotel location is superb!!! Restaurants and bars were literally at the door step but not too noisy when in the room. Staff helped with parking but you would know where to stop by and notify the staff where the car is. Instruction is written in the hotel description.
