Cute but with issuesPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Location was great
Cons: The staff, excluding Fernando, appeared to not care much. They were so short staffed that they really could not take care of any issues.
Location: Take the Grananda Tapas tour with Roberto or Gayle….lots of fun.
Great location and cute building but because it is older, it needs some TLC. The TLC it seems to be getting is with Fabreeze. We tried multiple rooms with not great results. In addition had AC issues, not great in Spain in July.

The best hotel experience of our trip!Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: The staff! Everyone at the front desk was so helpful. The hotel attached to this one also has a wonderful staff.
Location: Perfect location. You can walk to everything.
We had a difficult time finding the hotel but after we checked in, the experience was fabulous! We had misplaced our parking ticket and Rocia called the lot, talked to the man there, and confirmed when we had arrived so we were charged correctly. One afternoon, we were having wine at a table in the adjacent hotel, using regular water glasses. The man at the desk went out of his way to get us wine glasses! Everyone here treats you wonderfully. We are Rick Steves fans and his recommendation to stay here was really appreciated.

Excellent service, the girls at front desk are so nice ! The hotel is charming and good located. Not so good if you have a car but they help you to find parking. Two steps ahead is Plaza del Ayuntamiento and lots of options to eat. Breakfast very good.

Lovely HotelPosted Apr 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed for 2 nights and found this hotel absolutely charming with really lovely, helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Excellent location - short walk to plaza Nueva and easy to walk to The Alahambra. Only downside is parking which is about a fifteen minute walk away from the hotel as it is located in a pedestrianised area. Would recommend highly though - for a 3 star it's exceptional.

Hotel close to the Placa Nuevo.Posted Nov 2, 2013
Cons: Shower could be improved
Hotel staff was able to obtain reservation to the Palace Naziri on short notice. This was important to us.

Great locationPosted Oct 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is in a great location, in the Albaicin close to the Alhambra. The hotel is old and built around a central courtyard, which is pretty but does mean the rooms can be a little noisy due to echoing. If you need to park, you should follow the instructions, park in the underground parking and get a taxi (the rank is directly outside) to the hotel. It takes 5 minutes maximum. The staff were really helpful and available 24 hours.

Very well located. Helpful staff.Posted Oct 21, 2013
We had an amazing experience in this hotel. Breakfast is very good, location is great. We did not love the fact that we got separate beds but outside of that the room was very comfortable.

Great for a few nightsPosted Sep 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel has a nice Andalusian feel to it. The rooms are small and basic, but clean. The service is great, staff are extremely helpful and the location makes it walkable to most tourist destinations in Granada, including Alhambra, Albayzin and the city centre.
