“Dauro Hotel - Granada”

This hotel is a definite bargain. Location is ideal - many of the major city bus lines stop right in front of the hotel. Rooms are small, but clean and well-appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cathedral and old city center are 15 minutes away walking or 5 minutes away by bus. Corte de Ingles, a huge, modern department store/supermarket is a half-block away.

“I will stay here next time I go to Granada”

The hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. they went out of their way to help me find what I needed in the city. They can sign you up for an excellent tour of the City of the Alhambra The location was good for touring the city. I would recommend taking a bus from the airport to the downtown and pick up a taxi from there. I saved about 20 euros by doing this. The bus fare is 3 euros.

“A Pleasant Stay”

This hotel is very conviently located in the center of town. The accommodations were very nice: clean room, nice bath, quiet (even though on a busy street) and elevators (which are not always found in Europe). The staff spoke English and were helpful in setting us up with a Flamenco show. It was a bit pricey getting to airport (25 Euro) but everything else is well within walking distance. One note, there are two Dauro hotels, so know the address of this hotel. (The other one was Dauro North, I think).

“Nice hotel for the money”

This was a nice hotel for the money -- located on a main road, but didn't hear any noise at night from our room. Management was nice and helpful--parking was very convenient. Located near the large department store -- Cortes Ingles', but not too many nice restaurants or major tourist attractions nearby. Used taxis a lot and they weren't expensive. All in all, a good experience.

I enjoyed my stay very much. It is a charming hotel, well maintained and run. I reccommend it. The location is very central too.

“Centrally Located & a Great Dead”

The hotel was a great bargin and was centrally located-- literally you are in the center of the city. Be warned, however, the staff's English is somewhat limited, though they do their best to assist you in any way they can. Also, when I was there, work was being done to a business adjacent to the hotel which was noisy and rather persistant. None the less, my room was VERY clean and an excellent bargin for a three star hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Parking Issue”

The parking was the only problem. Since we own a truck we had to park in a parking garage 4 blocks away and walk to the Hotel with all our bags. Would have been nice to read something on their websites that stated: Parking oversized vehicles is a problem.

““Value, Location, Comfort and Amazing Staff””

We were in Granada for two nights on the weekend of Semana Santa - Easter Week. This is a nice hotel. The enthusiasm and helpfulness of the staff was incredible though! Our room was small but big enough for two of us. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. Even with our room being on the street it was quiet with the balcony doors closed. We were located in one corner next to a family with small children. We were able to hear them quite easily and luckily they settled down before we wanted to go to sleep. Good central location with bus stops right in front of the hotel (including the bus to/from the airport) and taxis not far away. Free wi-fi and access to a computer if you need it - all complimentary! Did I mention the amazing staff at the front desk? They were very happy, cheerful and helpful!
