Great location but noisy and uncomfortablePosted Oct 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Chose this hotel mainly because of the proximity to the Alhambra. Pros are the staff were very friendly and courteous, the location is superb and wifi was very good. Cons were the rooms are very basic (motel) and ours had a bit of an odor. The beds are probably the hardest I have ever slept on. Finally, all of the rooms face out into a central atrium. Combined with ceramic tiling, this makes the hotel very noisy....especially when guests are opening or closing their room doors. For the price its good but I would probably spend a little extra a night and look for somewhere a bit more comfortable.

CharmingPosted Sep 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. My daughter's room, on the third floor, had a fabulous view of the Alhambra. There are lots of steps, though, and no elevator. Even if your room is on the first floor, there are quite a few steps just to get to the hotel. But it is well worth it. We were walking distance to the Alhambra, although it is an uphill walk. If you are young and fit, you won't find the steps or the hill a problem.

Perfect all aroundPosted Sep 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was perfect. Location is great for visiting the older part of Granada, and it's a very short walk to the newer part of town. Our room had great amenities and a view of the Alhambra. Breakfast had plenty of decent options, and there was tea and coffee in the afternoon. The staff was great, all bilingual, and handled all of our concierge requests for tourism tickets and other questions wonderfully and happily. We ended up staying an extra day in Granada, and frankly I didn't want to leave Palacio De Santa Ines.

Great hotel and locationPosted Sep 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was probably one of our favorites on our recent trip to Spain. The hotel was very close to Plaza Nueva and therefore close to just about the main sites in Granada. The room was a nice size and even though we had not requested a room with a view of the Alhambra we were able to get a glance through our window. A nice surprise. The hotel was very clean well updated. We were pleased to have a queen size bed and not two twins pushed together like the other hotels we visited. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good and much cheaper than any other hotel we stayed at while in Spain. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting to Granada and if I ever make it back to Granada we will be staying here again.

Perfect locationPosted Jul 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was quite charming and with character, perfectly located in a very pleasant area. The room was comfortable eccept for an unpleasant odor of misterious origin. The breakfast was fine and overall we would stay there again, but in a different room

Loved this hotel. Charming andulsian riad style in the oldest part of the city.Wonderful room.Great breakfast. Excellent staff. They arranged for airport transfers and tickets to the Alhambra. Gave great recommendations for a restaurant close by. I had a great stay. Cannot write enough good comments.

choose room 10 - amazing viewPosted Jun 28, 2013
Hotel is well situated, staff is helpful, view from the window of our room was gorgeous. I wish we'd have one big bed instead of 2 twins. Otherwise it was perfect place to stay.

Amazing view of the Alhambra from our room!Posted Jun 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
We LOVED our stay here! The staff was helpful; the breakfasts were generous and delicious; the bed was comfortable; the bathroom lovely; and the location was perfect. Best of all, we went to bed at night seeing from our windows the beautifully lit up Alhambra and we awoke in the morning to the same view against the clear blue sky!
