Great breakfast but a bit far from main sights
The hotel is easy to reach by metro from the train station. But there is a good walk to Alhambra and other sights. Nice room with a spacious bathroom. Spectacular breakfast with great variety of pastry and fruit. Double bed is just two single beds pushed together. Poor noise cancelation.

Good rooms and well located
City centre hotel that has big rooms and is well appointed. Booked in part due to offering EV charging, but when I asked to use it, I was told the access to the car park is via a lift and my car is too heavy to use it due to being an EV. Very odd an a bit annoying as none of the local chargers seemed to work. As a hotel, it was fine and it is in a good location for all the central attractions.

Very convenient and efficient, friendly staff very helpful. Car park a bit awkward to negotiate but help was freely given. Brilliant for walking into city centre where there is a lovely vibe.

I picked this place as it had a pool. The rates were reasonable. The location is pretty good, roughly where I wanted to stay. There's plenty of resturants nearby, it's within walking distance to the shops, the cathedral and other areas i wanted to visit. Staff were friendly (and spoke english). There were 2 lifts. The room was nice and quiet, and clean. Bed was comfy and had 2 sheets, a thin and a very slightly thicker one. Pillows were good, I think one was slightly softer than the other, wasn't sure if it was deliberately done for choice but it's nice to have choice on pillows. Room had aircon which worked and was easy to use. Plenty of decent lighting (the view from my room was another building, but that didn't matter as I didn't visit to look out my room window). Plug sockets by the bed along with the light switches. The hotel has like a little vending machine by the reception which I only noticed on my last day! There's like a mini supermarket on the opposite side of the road a few meters away which wasn't so well signposted. I had been walking to the nearest big branded one which was about 5 minute walk several streets away - there are probably more local ones if going in the other direction! The pool was nice however some of the guests using the pool were inconsiderate (group of teenagers, who were making alot of noise and lots of jumping / pushing each other in. They had no consideration for other users, I got out of the pool several times because ofthem

Basic and a bit depressing. How this place has four stars I don’t understand. The room was cheap and small. Absolutely fine, but so dark with the window only onto the internal area between buildings. No facilities to speak of. The bar and restaurant advertised were not staffed or open. It’s just the dining room for the breakfast buffet. There’s a vending machine on the roof terrace and a fridge at reception with cold drinks to buy but you can’t even get a coffee at the hotel. Room has a safe that requires an actual key which was not offered at check in. It would not have been big enough for a laptop anyway. The room door slams so loudly if you don’t manage to catch it in time, which adds to the general prison feeling. Room doors have no internal, manual way to securely lock it - just the key card from outside - which made it feel a bit insecure. Pool on the roof is a great space with lots of shade and loungers, but you’re surrounded by phone masts and satellite dishes. There is a view through to the Sierra Nevada though which is nice. You can get tired old towels from the front desk for the pool but that’s not something they tell you in advance so don’t go all the way up the stairs before you get one. The lack of services and natural daylight in the hotel, and the general tired condition of the place, made it feel very low rent. There are far better options for a similar price in the city. One positive, I arrived early and was able to check in.

Nice quiet hotel
It is a good hotel, a little walking distance from the centre. Thus, it is relatively quiet area. Hotel is in a very good conditions. However, the parking is a little tricky, but fortunately there is a big parking house in 5 minutes walking distance.

Basic stay in a lovely city
Hotel was ok although not quite up to my expectations. Pool and terrace were open and pleasant which was nice. Parking was not so nice..a very cramped parking lift needing wing mirrors retracted and very tight fit. Otherwise hotelnwas fairly basic with few facilities although the room was comfy enough.

Handy hotel for city break
We checked into the hotel afte driving from Malaga. The room was very clean and comfortable and not too noisy considering it looked over the Main Street. The shower was excellent and bed comfy. The roof terrace and pool area was ok but no towels provided and you were not allowed to take from room. It would benefit from having a pool bar in high season. Breakfast was good with a selection of fruit and cheeses. Limited hot breakfast available. Service was also good. You can easily walk into the central part of Granada from the hotel where there are lots of tapas bars and restaurants to choose from.

Very unpleasant stay, DO NOT book a room here!
We had booked a room with parking in this hotel few weeks ago. Upon arrival, there was no space to park the car outside so my husband stayed in the car and I entered the hotel to check in and to ask how to park in the hotel parking house. I was "greeted" by Manuel Ortiz, who declined my wish to park anywhere until I have brought my lagguage and checked in, even after I had mentioned twice that we have booked a room with parking to avoid exacly this problem. However, Mr. Ortiz was very rude and told me to go back, bring my lagguage and that he would allow us to park after we have brought our lagguage. I had to go back to the car and to bring the lagguage and as I got back, Mr. Ortiz was speaking to his colleague at the reception and would not even look my direction as I was standing infront of him. We were then checked in by his female colleague who had finished serving another guest while Mr. Ortiz was still having a chat with a colleague. Un anacceptable behaviour towards guest, very rude and very unprofessional. Furthermore, our room was very dark, the AC would not work properly. The mini bar was empty and the safe actually had a key which was not there. There was a board in the lobby asking you to watch your personal belongings, a safe key would have been helpful! Furthermore, very old, inconvinient bathroom. A max. 2 star is hotel, not more. Do yourself a favor and look for a different hotel, if you consider booking a room here! Cheers.

Our Granada gem. Home from home.
Our go to hotel when skiing a couple of days in Sierra Nevada. Excellent value for money, great breakfast . Lovely rooms which easily compare with places twice the price. Great staff and secure parking .Five star plus for us.

very good breakfasts , and clean & comfortable rooms. Great location for exploring Granada. We were very disappointed to find that the bar and room service were only available at weekends. For a 4 star hotel not to be able to provide a cup of coffee to our room was very disappointing.

Nice HOTEL never used the retaraunt .Our room was on the 4th floor it was quiet clean but the WiFi was poor parking for two nights was expensive.Next time I’ll park across the road where there is a car parkFor that price I will go back

Definitely not close to being a 4 stars hotel!
Staff is probably the only good thing about this hotel. It is more like a 21/2 stars. Photos are extremely deceiving. Rooms very small. The most uncomfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept in. Looked fairly clean but amenities and details in the bathroom definitely not of quality. Tiny bath towels and harsh. Street were it is located is ugly. Unfortunately we arrived at night and the overall feeling of the area was extremely shady.

Good location
Nice hotel. Good location to walk around from. Fair size room. Great shower pressure, but careful getting in/out of tub as slightly awkward and unsafe. Beds and pillow were hard. Room had definite smokey smell to it. Very noisy from within hotel especially in am. Valet parking was a bonus. Front desk staff friendly. Would recommend.

Good value and excellent location
Excellent location, valet parking and friendly staff. Breakfast was good value with a selection of hot and cold foods. Would recommend and would use again.

Ideal hotel
Nice room, good shower, safe and refrigerator in room. Very good breakfast. Minutes walk from Metro and Cathedral. A great city. Would stay at this hotel again. Friendly staff
