“Excellent hotel”

The hotel was awesome. The rooms were very nice and clean. There is a beautiful terrace and pool on the roof which is lovely in the nice warm weather. We were there the last week of October and the weather was perfect, in the 80's, so the terrace on the roof was an extra plus for us. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere from there. The only time we used a taxi was to and from the airport. The hotel stafff could not have been nicer. They were incredibly accomodating and we felt as though we were family by the time we left. (spent 10 days there) If I ever get the chance to back to Granada, I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

“very comfortable, quiet rooms, nice lounge, loved it!”

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They meet our request we had asked for when we booked, and we were happy. Great place to stay!

“Had a great visit”

After reading all the reviews, I did not know what to expect. But we had a great stay. My wife and our 2 youngest children had a great experience. Well received. Our last day, the hotel staff were great with helping us store our luggage while we traveled around Granada. I would recommend the hotel. Thanks to the staff. We are grateful for a wonderful stay.

“Excellent choice in Granada”

I recommend people taking a taxi from the train station to the hotel. It is to far to walk with luggage. the location is perfect and one can walk to all the shops and the AlHambra easily from the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful even with my limited spanish skills. The taxi fare to the airport ran about 18 euros. Definitely take the train from Madrid to Granada.

“Great Value”

The hotel and our room was very clean and neat. The staff was very accomodating. Room included a safe and a minibar. For the price, it was a great value. The only negative was that its a bit of a walk to the main attractions (approx. 15 minutes) - although very manageable and lots of shopping along the way.

“Fine place to stay”

We stayed over New Year's, when every room was full all over town. When the first room was a problem because of the wood smoke smell when the window was open, the hotel staff gracefully found a room that faced the street and gave us what we needed. It was a good place to stay.

“Satisfied”

One complaint, I could smell fresh cigarette smoke in my room. It was coming through the air vents. Pretty major for me. Hence, the 3 for cleaniness.

“Great 3 Star Hotel”

April 2007, I had a chance to visit my daughter who is going to school in Granada. The hotel ended up being very close to everything. It is very well maintained. There is a nice bar right in the lobby and have a dining room as well. We ate at the buffet one night about a half hour before closing. The food selection had dwindled by that time, but that was are fault. The rooms were comfortable with 2 easy chairs and ottoman. There was a color TV and a refer stocked with beverages (of course you had to pay for them). The shower had tremendous water pressure and there was always enough hot water. There is a parking garage under the hotel that cost an extra 12.50 euro per day. It was worth it because it very hard to find parking. Would definately stay there again.

“Get cheap rate, get cheap hotel”

Reception staff was a mix of good and bad. Upon arrival I had one of the rudest staff members ( as if I was annoying her to check in), but upon leaving staff was helpful and kind. Also the website photos are very outdated, not as clean and modern as it appears. Breakfast was great, but also had rude staff working. Its a place you can choose to be saving a dollar but thats about it.
