“Good location better when finish road construction”

Good location in Granada, but will be much better once the road construction is finished outside the front door. Great tapas around the corner and convenient to old part of the city.

“Good hotel”

Great hotel, only dislike was that the "double" bed was simply two twin size beds pushed together. Other than that a nice clean place and not too far away.

We stayed here in March of 2010. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We are within walking distance of everything - including the Alhambra. There are stores nearby as well as restaurants. The staff is helpful. One hint - if travelling to Spain, bring your travel books along. The Spanish do not cater to english-speakers at all.

“Great price, but too dirty; no hot water”

In no way is this a 4-star facility. Hotel very difficult to find because of location along major transit construction project. Seems they lost their vacuum cleaners, as hallways were littered with dirt, and remained that way throughout our two-night stay. Breakfast buffet (7:00--10:30 am) very substantial...unless you get there after 9:00. At that point, food trays don't seem to be replaced when empty. Computer for use by guests in lobby didn't work. Hotel staff not entirely helpful. Had one minute of hot water in shower then nothing but cold first morning. Let staff know of the problem, who assured problem would be fixed. Second morning, same problem. Apologies from the desk, but obviously nothing had been done. To their credit, the hotel waived our parking fees (15 euros/day) as a concession for the water problem.

“Construction in front makes it a poor choice.”

The hotel itself is lovely. However, it is more on the outskirts of the center of the city than I thought it would be. The entire street in front of the hotel is dug up as Granada is putting in a subeway system which will go along the front of the hotel. It was noisy and very difficult to cross to the side of the street to the area where everything is located. This is not the hotel's fault, but until construction is done (which will be a long time) I would not recommend staying there. The hotel staff was polite, but not overly helpful.

“Needs Major Renovation. I don't recommend this hotel!!!”

Stained and dirty carpets. Room service is from 9 to 4 and from 8 to 10. (there is no room service outside this time frame). Front desk staff is poorly qualified. Rooms don't have room service menus, you have to pick up a copy (plain paper copy) at the front desk. Restaurant does not have all the items listed in the room service menu. the only way to access the internet is in the lobby because this is the only place in the hotel where there is a wifi signal. (you have to ask in the front desk for permission tu use it) Overall i do not recommend this hotel

“Not the best spot in Granada”

This business style 4* rather lost points for not having a business centre and having failed to empty the bin in our room but mainly it wasn't the hotel's fault that it was surrounded by roadworks. If visiting Granada again I would plump for less stars but making sure I was in the old town.
