The hotel is perfectly located - walkable to any attraction/shopping/dining. The only issue i had is to find a parking garage - I was expecting to see it at the entrance to the hotel - in fact it was on a parallel street (1 San Anton) without a direct access from the hotel entrance. It took me some time to find it after asking a cab driver. My advice is to add a note to the property details indicating the parking address onsite

Because we booked with the third party, they gave us the first floor, facing the street. You can hear the people and the noises. And the they don’t provide complimentary water for each person

The property itself is lovely. Modern, clean and perfectly located. However, the bathroom floor is slippery (possibly polished limestone) and the shower has a small swinging glass door. While in the shower I slipped, the glass floor flung open and fell into the side of the hard polished limestone fracturing two ribs. I called the front desk for medical help and they were unhelpful. I finally found an emergency room, was diagnosed, given a prescription and sent back in excruciating pain until I could walk to a pharmacy. The hotel was fully aware of the injury and although they extended my checkout to rest for a couple of hours until my flight time, but they never offered any compensation for my medical expense (€300) or even my stay.

Great location near shopping and great restaurants. Have your buffet breakfast at the hotel. It is worth it especially before your visit to the alhambra. Comfortable rooms were perfect after full days of walking and sight seeing.

This hotel was a nice option for our quick trip to Granada. We had a corner room which was great and looked out onto the bustling streets below. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the historic attractions and shopping, which was great. We were driving and the parking on-site was a terrific feature. The room was clean and appointed well, and the staff was friendly and helpful!

This was a lovely hotel in Granada, centrally located, in a lively area near the cathedral, and other sights. The Alhambra was a 20 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants near by. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Fabulous hotel stay !! Very close to great shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. A 5 minute walk to the Catedral National and a hidden gem, the Basilica John of God. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast selections were great. Thank you NH Collection for a wonderful stay !!

This is a very nice hotel extremely well situated in the heart of Granada. It is beautiful outside and very nice and we'll decorated. Our room was small but functional, with already signs of tear in upholstery fabric of the lounge chair. Tiles and lavabo were cracked but nothing to cause any harm. I guess some visitors were rougher than others... our bed was unfortunately much too hard and I cannot say our sleep was heavenly... It was actually the first time in all our travels that the bed felt cheap but I sure it was not. We also bought at the last minute the buffet breakfast and we were not disappointed! We actually should have requested it when doing the reservation as we would have saved some dollars. Again we highly recommend this hotel and we would certainly go again !
