Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of construction in the area so hard to get in and out. Taxi close by so you can cab to eateries, take the tour bus to the Alhambra or the Capella Real. The town is kept clean. Can't wait to go back.

It is an affordable option if you're ok with staying outside the city centre. There was nobody at the reception when I arrived. I waited a couple of minutes before someone showed up and no apology/explanation was offered. I booked a triple room but it was definitely meant to be a double room, not a triple room. Supplies in the room were running low (e.g. built-in tube shower gel and kleenex). Included breakfast was decent.
