Nice apartment, disappointing bed

Posted Feb 25, 2015
re well appointed, the bathroom, rather small, is a shower only but the toilet bidet combination was a nice touch. The bedroom was tastefully decorated but the disappointment was the bed in the bedroom which has no reinforcement support at the mattress sides, and as such an average size couple will find themselves rolling to center and a queen - size bed not sufficient. Pity, because you sense that a substantial overall effort was made, but without a good night sleep it is hard to enjoy Granada. perhaps this can be rectify by replacing the cheap mattress.

Outstanding Hotel in Granada

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Top quality fixtures and fittings with a separate lounge/kitchenette giving plenty of space
Cons: Nothing. It was probably one of the nicest and most comfortable hotels we have stayed in.
Location: Not far from the cathedral and the pedestrianized centre where there are plenty of bars and restaurants
We stayed for three days. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and even came up to the room to check we hade all we needed. It is not far to walk to the Cathedral and the pedestrianized historic centre.

Great Location and Facilities

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: As above
Cons: Occasionally there was a damp/drains sort of smell but this is common in Spanish property and mainly confined to the bathroom.
Location: Everything is handy and in walking distance. We caught a bus for 1.30 euros to the Alhambre
We loved the location. Really handy for the old town and the Alhambra. The facilities were amazing. Comfy bed, Great bathroom, Friendly staff. The suite facilities meant that there was loads of room. Having a fridge, hob and microwave were great as we were able to bring our own breakfast and make sandwiches. We highly rate this place and will return. Oh free Wifi too.

Pros: Facilities
Location: Buy tickets for the Alhambra online in advance.
Great Hotel. Totally recommended. We felt like in our own apartment, modern look and feel, excellent facilities, good service, close to the interest points. Great for families.

perfekte unterkunft für granada

Posted Nov 21, 2014

Highly reccommended

I could not say enough for the service that the staff gave including returning items by mail I had left behind. They were able to get tickets to the Alhambra for us when we thought we would have to be in line at 7:00am to get tickets from the limited number at the site. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We weren't there long enough to make much use of the kitchenette but if we had been, I would have needed to wash the dishes first. Otherwise, it was clean and attractive.

Service and Stay Above and Beyond

Posted Oct 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
The front desk was extremely helpful. Because my wife and I were unsure where to park our rental car, upon our arrival she actually came out with her portable phone (to maintain connection with the front desk) to direct us to the garage. The room itself was large with a nice kitchenette, living room, small dining area, and a nice separate bedroom. Our windows looked out onto Gran Via where we enjoyed the sights and sounds of Granada. Our included breakfast was freshly made and actually directly delivered to our room. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
