“Good Location”

Ample parking, very central, just a minutes walk away from bus routes for the Alhambra. Reception very helpful, dining room very friendly and excellent food.

“Granada in Spring”

Great location. El Corte Ingles only 200m away. Walking distance to most city centre sights, and only a Eur 6 taxi ride to the Alhambra or Abaycin Hills. Great breakfast deal at Eur 5 each, as we had booked on 'room only basis'. Note have to let the hotel staff know the night before that you wish the Eur 5 deal. Room was small, and the matress very hard. Asked for it to be changed but not convinced the new matress was any softer ! Very pleasnt lobby bar.

“Good Hotel for the money”

The staff of the hotel are friendly, kind and attenditive to the requests. Minor stepbacks of the hotel are: there is room no service beyound 11:00 PM, the furniture is bet old and the charges for international phone calls are expensive. The location of the hotle is good. there are good outlets such as a supermarket, phone companies such as Orange, restaurants and cafes, which are close to the hotel. It is an excenllent hotel for families but for individuals it is a bit OK.

“Good location and neighbourhood, grumpy staff”

For the amount we paid ( an expedia 30% sale) it was fine. If i'd have paid full price I wouldn't have been happy. We were two people put into a room with 3 beds which made it a little cramped. First time staying in a hotel after staying in hostals and youth hostels during all my travels and I expected a little more comfort. Shower didn't function overly well. Staff were quite grumpy but ok. Room was clean so no issue there. Location was a little away from the hotel district which suited us fine. Lovely street to walk along. Cafe across the road was wonderful and cheap. Really great coffee! To get to the centre to catch the buses to all the sights is only a 10 minute walk. Overall an average hotel stay.

“Not so quiet...”

Our stay here was only disturbed by the extremely thin walls where every noise from our neighbours could be heard. We thought that our room would be quiet as we faced onto an alleyway but this wasn't the case as the refuse collection took place at 04:00hrs! The car parking is quite difficult to locate and very tight we were lucky we has a small hire car. The location wasn't too bad, with about a 5 minute walk to restaurants.

“Disappointed”

Staff were not customer focused. Reception did not answer phone. Unwilling to provide extra milk for in-room coffee
