“Awesome place to Relax”

We went on a leisure family weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were awesome. They went out of their way to help us with anything or question that we had. The vending machines were not expensive like the normal ones at hotels are. we really enjoyed our stay and definitely will go back. Traveling was myself, my husband and my 6 yr old daughter.

This hotel was a new hotel but it was very clean the rooms had everything you needed. The breakfast had a very nice selection.The indoor pool is nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very nice place to stay.

“2nd Stay better than the first”

This is the second time I have stayed at this motel. My room was larger with higher ceilings. The walls were a bit thin, but our neighbors weren't that noisy so it wasn't a deterrent. Breakfast could have been more substantial~the waffles were great but the water wasn't hot enough to make really good oatmeal. There were no breakfast meats either, e.g., bacon or sausage. This motel is also conveniently located close to everything in Glen Rose.

“Dinosaur hotel”

Close to Dinosaur valley state park. Cool pics of dinos in lobby. Better breakfast than most. shower hot, comfortable bed, good TV ,Free i-net Friendly staff. Elevator needs work.

“Breakfast was horrible!”

The hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and upscale. We were happy with the room. Then it was time for breakfast. That was part of the reason we wanted to stay at this location. Our room rate included breakfast. We go down and luckily there was plenty of seating for our family. We go to make waffles and there is only one waffle maker. There is a line forming so you feel bad making more than one since it takes like 5 minutes to make each one. So we thought we would eat something else. We go to open the crockpots they have out and everything was empty. No eggs, no biscuits, a little bit of gravy. I decide I want cereal. There is pleny of cereal but the milk and juices they had were all sitting out and nothing to keep them cold. No Thanks! I don't want to get sick! We ended up eating a bagel and a muffin and the one waffle we could make. I went to get cream cheese and I should have know it wasn't in a container to keep it cold so when I opened the packet, the cream cheese was runny. Yuck! So to keep it simple, room was great, breakfast was horrible!

“not impressed”

Indoor pool was cold indoor hot tub was cold. They cut it on and put it on a timer it never got got before it shut off. I got a motel 6 stay for the price of La Quinta. It was anniversary and we splurged for a few luxuries. One thing for sure we didn't get spoiled.
