We enjoyed our stay very much. The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We will stay there again if in the area.

Quality Inn stay
There was no room service and not enough breakfast to accommodate guests. Had to ask for more coffee. Had to ask for a receipt when checking out. Room had a terrible smell. Overall stay was very disappointing!

It was ok, the bathroom had to be recleaned on day one, but was very good all week after that. Kind of old, and looked like remodeling was going on. Doors propped open, back door would not close or lock. Kind of sketchy looking and dark inside. Bed was nice, shower was great, handicap was very good. AC worked great! Staff was very nice and helpful. Far better than most QI hotels. Tv was off and on and no FOX for the Cowboy game! Not cool. But overall, it was ok, clean, good breakfast, nice staff and owner, pool seemed popular and was inside!

It was fine for a one night stay. My room (mainly in the bathroom) had a slight cigarette smoke smell so I am not sure if it was near a smoking room or area. If I were staying longer than one night I may have asked for a different room.

Awful experience all around
The front lobby and halls felt like 200 degrees! At least the room was cool. The front lobby smelled like moth balls and the hotel smelled like an ashtray. The smoke and heat together was horrible. The room itself once inside wasn't too bad. The pool area had no air conditioner and felt like 150 degrees and the door to outside was open to let in the outside breeze, which was almost 100 degrees that day. It is unfortunate that a 100 degree day is better than the stale, hot air inside. I complained, and the owner said he'd put the air on or cooler, but nothing changed. No air was blowing. I wasn't able to get in the pool that day with my kids, but the heat sitting from the side was too much. I ended up sitting in the book room and watching them through a window. The TV was broken. It took over 3 hours before the owner came to fix it. In the end, he just swapped it out with another tv that was the size of my computer monitor. The phone did not work either, so I had to go downstairs, in the sweltering ashtray heat, to keep asking the front desk lady if they were coming to fix the TV. She was very rude overall and had an attitude. The breakfast was so, so. There were no healthy items like fruit available (even though advertised). The eggs and such were not great and my kids wouldn't eat them (and they aren't picky!). This hotel is WAY overpriced for what you get. It was an awful experience all around.

I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. I really liked that i could sit in the business room in the AC and watch the kids through the window. My pets were welcome. Breakfast was okay.. waffles were good, but the eggs and sausage were not.

There was no lock on the door, the water smells bad, the tub was full of hair still. There was no play pens for the baby to sleep, an I was giving the standard room An not the suite that I reserved. They also charged my bank card three times and would not cancel them which put me negative for the trip I was on….I had to call my bank to cancel the transactions

Room was a smoking room and had strong odor of cigarette smoke. My room was supposed to be nonsmoking bc I don’t smoke and can’t stand the smell and light fixture in bathroom didn’t work and since they had no other rooms available we had to stay

Clean, conveniently located, and full of amenities you are guaranteed to be surcharged for elsewhere: free parking, free wifi, free breakfast. And the staff are incredibly nice and kind. Will definitely return!

The room was clean and the King bed and pillows were very comfy. Hot water smelled like eggs and that was a tur-off for sure.. Also the entry in the lobby smelled like moth balls and the lobby and hallways were extremely hot from not running the A/C... No coffee in the lobby like most hotels and the breakfast was ok with powdered eggs and greasy sausage but it would suffice until lunch.Would I stay here again ? Yes but only as a last option,I think I will give another Hotel in the area to meet this place's minimum first.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast good and front desk staff were friendly. One that we noticed there is trash can located in the hallway not far from our room which is a good idea that we can throw trash from inside the room whenever it is full to keep the pleasant odor.

Glen Rose motel.
Nice, good condition with adequate parking. Ice machine wasn't working but they kept a cooler of ice around to make up for it.

For the price, it was a nice stay. The TV was broken, but that just meant more time with my wife. Breakfast was very simple, but the service more than made up for it.

We booked for two nights and arrived just before 11pm to check in. Check in was quick and easy, staff member was pleasant. We slept in the next morning and arrived to breakfast at 8:57 not expecting much. The waffle mix was still ready to go and the lady cooked us up some fresh eggs and sausage and asked if she could get us anything else. Very sweet of her! The hotel is right on a highway, with a Sonic right outside our window. However, our room was quiet. The property was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. We will definitely stay here again!

Tv volume was very low even when turned all the way up. Called desk. They offered a different room. We chose not to move. Breakfast was basic but good. Hotel shows signs of wear but was clean and tidy.

Room was dirty. Tub didn’t drain. Bed frame was broken and bed sloped. Incredibly uncomfortable nights sleep. Power went out- from a storm- just an added inconvenience. Was out for hours and the night got hot. Continental breakfast was HORRIBLE. No fruit, yogurt, milk, no bread other than white bread. No bagels or muffins. No hard boiled eggs. One waffle maker broken. Toaster broken. Watered down coffee. Watered down waffle mix. Final straw was the gym being closed even though it advertised a gym.
