There's not much to do in Williams, but with that being said, if you're visiting the Grand Canyon, having a safe and clean place to stay is important. Honestly, while in Williams, I won't stay anywhere else. And the breakfast can't be beat! While we were there, some fire alarms had issues, but the staff handled it smoothly and without hassle. So grateful for this place to stay.

It was clean, the workers are courteous, breakfast was good, I wish there was more fruit available., and very convenient location to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona!

Very nice motel. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor lounge area. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy when we stayed. Bar and restaurant could be open a little later.

Had we known balcony King above bar and lobby noise including music would bother us , we would’ve chosen further from there.King bed THE BEST most comfy bed ever! Sadly the Breakfast was rather dismal, barely any thickening in “gravy” and no sausage in or separate from gravy, no hash browns or bacon. The ham was very good tho.The table cleaning staff were very nice and Ramona at checkin WAS EXCEPTIONAL!

Had an issue with wrong check in dates but front desk was awesome and sorted it out for us. Very clean, beautiful surroundings with snow still present. The entire hotel was kept warm. Definitely recommend.

The room was very clean. The refrigerator also had a freezer. The lady at the counter was pleasant. The rooms decorated nicely so was the hallway to the rooms. Very nice. Would recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Very clean, beautiful decor. It even smelled nice in the hallways. Staff very friendly and professional. I did not eat in the dining area, wish i would have. Nice little bar as well. Breakfast bar was one of the best I have been to, including a does-it-all coffee maker. Outdoor hot tub over looking the woods. Pet friendly for those in need. I'll be back, if for no other reason than to just treat myself to a nice, relaxing getaway for a reasonable price in a classy lodge.

Staff here were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. For the price of this place it’s really great! I wasn’t expecting too much but this place exceeded my expectations by far. The free breakfast buffet had a large amount of items hot and cold to choose from. Not gourmet by any means but it’s free and it was good. They also have a Nescafé coffee maker in the lobby with all the fixings and tea and honey available at all times and a water bottle filling station which I appreciate sooooo much! The restaurant was good and nice to have especially since one of the nights we were there it snowed so much we weren’t wanting to go driving in to the town or anywhere else they also have a bar which is cool. They even had a bucket with ice scrapers/brush to use to clear off our windshield when we left the next day. I would most definitely stay here again.
