Pretty basic motel and amenities. Relatively clean, floor wasn't swept much and there was small trash left in the trashcans but otherwise everything was fine!

It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. There are only a couple of things such as the fridge was broke so my left overs went bad and also only supplied a couple of pillows but that’s just me being nitpicky. But other than those a great stay.

Dont Judge!
Booked the hotel so my daughter had a place to stay if she was discharged from FMC before I was off work and able to drive the 3 hrs to Flagstaff. Called to let front desk know it was a late check in and why. Showed up at 8 am on 4 hours not so great sleep. I was handed a key and told to get some rest...finishing up the check in could wait until later. It is one of the OLD Route 66 hotels that could use a remodel/upgrade but could tell the owner had been working on it by the flooring and heaters alone. Next up, the electricity and parking lot! Please dont judge a book by its cover! The cusyomer service and understanding was exceptipnal!

There were black pubes on one of the bed sheets so obviously they weren't clean. We asked for extra pillows they said there weren't any. There were huge gaps in the doors so all the winter air was coming in, and it never warmed up enough. Luckily we brought a few of our own blankets. We only stayed for one night and checked in around 9 pm, but we will never stay again. We were too tired to find a different hotel.

stains everywhere, pretty sure there was domestic violence dispute next door. knocking on the walls and door every five minutes after midnight. had someone knock on my door at 3am and then after shutting the door in their face they stood there for five minutes. at one point, i put up a sign on my door that said “knock past 10pm and i will call the cops” do not recommend staying here. wifi and service was also horrible

We paid for a queen bed and were given a room with a double instead. The room was quite dirty. The floors were sticky and hadn't been swept. We overheard the room next to us being cleaned, and the water was turned on for less than two minutes. We heard the linens changed, but the cleaners spent less than ten minutes in the room. Clearly, the walls are very thin.

Room smelled of cheap cleaning products that were trying to cover up or mask something. Bathrooms are in poor condition and dirty. Fridge was not working. One of the comforters had burn marks. Towels are small and smelly.

Disgusting and rude!
Claimed to be the cheapest hotel but charges fees for dog, and an additional $10 per child. Room was crappy. Fridge didn’t work, ants on floor. The person working check in was also rude saying “do you think I need your money because I don’t.” Just overall the worst. Even the guys working at the auto parts store next door said whatever you do don’t stay at that motel. Too late I had already booked.

Good location , room clean and already remodeling new bed wood but don’t have hair dryer go to reception asking for hair dryer said no hairdryer use a lot electricity . Service not friendly, soap and shampoo conditioner, body lotion are so limited not enough so glad we have our own shampoo and soap ,

We love staying here when in Flagstaff. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the shower pressure and water temperature is great! We will be back 🙂

Not worth $150 a night
Check-in was smooth, hotel room was nice but the door was jacked, had issues opening, closing and locking. Bed had some geriatric plastic wrap on it but under the sheets which crumbled as you moved on it. Bed was beyond hard, and wifi was non existent after repeated attempts to connect to it, the wifi would drop off. Worst hotel experience I can remember.

The bed sheets were super dirty and one of the beds had urin on the bed sheets. The hotel management would not do anything about it and they would not refund my money as it was 30 minutes past the heck in. Disgusting

A human encounter makes the world seem better
Was warmly greeted by the owner despite the late night arrival. It has been years since I visited Flagstaff and greatly enjoyed hearing an account of what life has been like in those missing years, was much appreciated. Found the room to be just what was needed for children and doggies as we rested up for a day of exploration.

Don’t go!
It was a horrible experience. The air conditioning barely got the room to a temperature that was bearable even running night and day. The mattresses were new, but they were still in the plastic, wrapping that they’re shipped in which means all night long. The sheets slid around on them. They weren’t even fitted sheets.
